Wow... I am blown away by the terrible service I received last evening at the Barberitos On Watson Blvd. in Warner Robins. I love their burritos and have been eating there for years. Last night was 3/16/24 and I was there at 7:30 pm. Firstly, the guy that was actually making the burrito was fast and professional. I have no gripe with him. I happened to be there with a cousin of mine, showing him how good the burritos are. After I ordered my food, I stayed back with my cousin a bit to help him with his order because he said he wanted a burrito like mine. The fellow behind the counter with the reddish looking beard looked at me with a sour face and an ugly demeanor and, in a nasty way, asked if I wanted to go ahead and pay for my food. When I got to the register, the lady there was bagging up my food. I told her that the meal was dine in. She actually said, "well, it's too late now, I already put it in a bag." She had a frown on her face the whole time and appeared to be in a really bad mood. I picked up one of the small styrofoam cups by the register. She said, "what are you getting that for? We only use those for putting cheese in." I said I was going to put some salsa in it. She said, "you have to use one of the small plastic cups for that." She had a real unfriendly look on her face and a nasty tone to her voice. When I got to the salsa bar, all of the salsa was gone except for the hottest one, that is too hot for me to eat. I asked if they could put some more salsa out and the lady said, "we don't have anymore salsa. There won't be anymore until tomorrow when we get a truck in." No apology or anything. Just an ugly demeaning manner and loud voice. If I'd known there was no salsa, I wouldn't have needed the chips, and I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price for my meal. In fact, I wouldn't have come to the restaurant at all that day. So, when we went to sit down, the majority of the seating area was blocked off with chairs, and only the six small tables against the wall were open for seating. Of those six small tables, two of them had customers already sitting at them, and two of them were in need of cleaning. I will say to the owner of this restaurant, except for the guy that actually made my burrito, the other two employees you had working that day could care less if your restaurant goes out of business. They knew I was unhappy with the service and my meal and they didn't care one bit. I won't be paying for that kind of service again any time soon.

Usually this place is great, this time it wasn't. The girl that was, I guess, supposed to be on Cash Draw kept running off to the bar area hangout with someone. If it wasn't for the two people, an older lady and a big guy, it would have been a nightmare. The food would have never been made it. Need an older person to keep them on task. And to close out, the young man with short brown hair needs a raise.

This place deserves ALL the good reviews.They work so hard, have the best food (that’s always fresh), amazing customer service and an amazing atmosphere. I work at Ken’s Audio down the road and pickup all the workers lunches. We eat at this Barberitos location at LEAST twice a week. They truly make it so easy to get MULTIPLE people's food and drinks. They have even offered on multiple different occasions to help me carry it to my car. They TRULY go above and beyond. I have been eating here twice a week for over two years now. It has become my absolute favorite place to go and get our lunch at. I’m horrible at remembering names, but the entire team is a dream. I even go twice a day sometimes when my coworkers want it for lunch, then on the way home, my finance wants it for dinner and I don’t complain one bit. The food is amazing, the people that work there are wonderful and It’s easy + convenient. This place knows what they’re doing and I hope they are around for a longggg time. Y’all know how to do it best ?????????

The only complaint we have is that we don't live closer! We were visiting Warner Robins and friends suggested Barberitos. It's been a month and my husband and I are still talking about it. The food was delicious, the people made us feel like family, and we were able to bring our dog with us. He, too, received star treatment. We highly recommend this location!
Let me start off by saying that all these incidents in my opinion is a direct reflection of the poor management. I am a manager myself and if my team was struggling this badly I would be there doing what I could to make the situation better. This place has let me down 3 out of the 5 times I’ve been there. No rice no this no that everytime. Last night 12/9/23 at about 8:30pm me and my wife decided on barberitos for dinner. Last time I will make that my first option. There’s a sign on the door that says closed. A employee explained that food wasn’t prepared from the prior shift and 3 people decided to not show up to work. I’m not mad at the employees. I’m mad at the management for allowing this to happen. You can tell the staff is stressing and it’s out of their control. Shame on the managers. Won’t be returning. Get it together. I am short staffed on mechanics myself but I make sure my staff delivers the most satisfactory results for each and every customer. No excuse why this should be a thing almost every single visit.
