We went through the drive thru. It amazes me how slow they are. We waited and waited. Got two of the ice cream cones. Both wrong. They parked us! And my husband had to go into the store to get the rest of our order. How hard could it be to get the correct ice cream I to a cup or fill 4 orders of ice cream in a timely manner!!

The staff is very rude I orderd pre pack ice cream thru doordash the driver reached there they are like they dont have that ice cream and they even dont gave me from the inside the store They are able to fill the cup for me but they didnt not and unfortunetly o have to cancel my order and the doordash not even refund me bcz the driver alredy reched there so i have to loose my 22$ So rediculous....

Today, I visited Baskin Robbins to buy a quart of chocolate ice cream. After paying for my order at the drive-thru window, I waited for about 5 minutes, only to find out they were out of stock on one-quart ice creams. The only options were Rocky Road and a chocolate peanut butter style ice cream, which I politely declined, requesting a refund instead.
The cashier seemed confused on why I was not interested in the other options. Yes ... I like chocolate ice cream ... but that doesn't mean .... that I like every single flavor/toppings that includes chocolate ice cream ... I'm not a fan of marshmallows (which I know are included in Rock Road ice-creams), and I'm not too fond of peanut butter either.
Eventually, another employee arrived at the window—presumably the shift leader—to inquire about my refund request. It seemed that the cashier had conveyed my desire for a refund without actually providing any context regarding my reasons to the other employee. I explained that the cashier had mentioned there were no more plain chocolate ice cream for the 1-quart size. The other employee offered to prepare a quart of chocolate ice cream for me instead, which I accepted gratefully; however, he also appeared somewhat annoyed.
When my order was ready, the cashier brought it to my car without apologizing or nothing. To make matters worse, when I went home, I discovered that my quart of chocolate ice cream was not even filled completely to the top.
Here is what I ordered: triple scoop cup of jamoca mousse royale, pumpkin cheesecake, & peanut butter chocolate. They didn’t have the peanut butter chocolate so I tried to order chocolate mousse royale. They didn’t have that either. I guess they were completely out of chocolate ice cream..? I don’t know. So I just got a second scoop of the jamoca mousse royale. We were never told how much it would cost. Then we got home & I ate my ice cream. I didn’t think it was what I ordered, but it was fine. So I double checked on the site, & sure enough, the only ice cream that was correct was the pumpkin cheesecake. The other 2 ice creams were jamoca almond fudge.
The ice cream wasn’t bad, but thank God I don’t have a nut allergy!! Be careful & make sure you double & triple check your order before you even leave the parking lot..
Dietary restrictions: You probably shouldn’t come to this location if you have a nut allergy.
