Usually they are excellent and I go there at least twice a week. My husband recently had surgery and wanted a caramel latte, and a donut, so I went and got both of us one.. He's he recooprtating at home. I went through the drive thru and as I was pulling out, I took a sip of my latte, and it was just like warm. So I pulled around and went inside with the coffee to let them know. "Them" consisted of 2 very young people who were the only ones working at the time..The young lady said there was nothing she could do about it. The coffee was already made and all they did was heat the milk. So I asked if maybe I could get the 2 cups heated up. She again, said there was nothing she could do about it and just stood there. So I thanked her and left.We love Dunkin, and will continue to go there, but I sure hope with experience, she develops better customer service skills.Oh, the donuts were excellent, as always.

At the Watson boulevard Baskin and Robbins their customer service is horrible I feel that if you don't wanna work with customers you shouldn't be working dealing with the customers.

The worst Baskin Robins on planet Earth. Terrible customer service, constantly out of everything, even basic stuff like chocolate ice cream. Corporate does not care about it, they’re better off closing it. Go to Cold Stone.

I would give this place "maybe" .5 of a star but I can't. We stood in line for about 15 minutes and this one girl that worked there just kept looking at us. She was doing something but never once did she come over and say that she would be over in a minute. There was a mother with 2 kids there and she said that she had been there for 10 minutes and she had not ordered yet. There was no doughnuts on the shelves. It seemed like they only cared about the coffee from dunkin and ice cream from Baskin Robbins. Never will go there again. I would not recommend this place for no one.

If I could rate this establishment negative stars I totally would, the staff have 0 customer service skills, act as if they hate their jobs and or lives... and project that to the customers they do or do not help. The stock of the store is a joke, there are ice cream tubs in the outer cooler and the 16 flavors displayed in the cooler half are mostly empty. There is trash on the floor in the staff area and stuff piled on the counters, I am from out of town and the ballin robins and dunken I'm used to seeing this was not it. Ultimately this place staff and store needs to be looked at by corporate!
Paid almost $7 for a 3 scoop sundea. They apparently don't have hot fudge there so I got charged for a sundea but only got 3 scoops of ice cream. The scoops are the size of a golf balls. When I asked about the hot fudge I was told they don't have hot fudge.

Young man that served my crew was decent until he was serving my friends cousin. Not sure where the ball dropped but once you toss someone one food at them. Not hand. Not place down but toss. That is a new level of disrespect. I have never been more embarrassed nor furious at the lack of customer service. Luckily the manager did not share the same disposition. She was very caring and understanding. Will not be returning.

When your hours say you close at 10 pm......you close at 10 pm--not 9:30. I do not care how bad you want to go home. The employees were inside like theyWere opened but had the doors locked.

Trash- They used to be decent, but not any more... out of chocolate ice cream.. cookies & cream...hot fudge... never have the dairy free options. PLUS they don't offer military discount any more. I've watched them go downhill over the last 2 years. Not the Baskin-Robbins you're accustomed to.
