So I ordered a bunch of Cajun bisquits, tots, gravy/bisquits etc, everything else was amazing except for ALL the cajun bisquits except 1 was normal. They had no meat on them, for as much as we spend here I don't want to pay over $85 to eat batter with bisquit, literally a THIN layer of chicken on these bisquits! I know it must be certain cooks cause I've ordered here before as well as my husband and we have never had this problem. So whoever is making them cajun chk bisquits on Wednesday mornings, yall need to get right. I'm not exaggerating either, we took a picture of one of them. I keep seeing people say the watson location knows what their doing, we are going to have to take our business their I guess. Spent way to much $ and don't want to take another chance and it happen again.

1st time there NEVER AGAIN! TOOK 15 TO 20 minutes to get our food at the window. We noticed around 5 employees walking around aimlessly, doing nothing as we waited. There was no one there inside or out... We thought we were ordering regular fried chicken, but when we got home, it was chicken strips. We ordered Cole Slaw, and they charged $6 for 2 very small cups. What a rip. I became sick with heartburn and had to get up during the night to get something for the horrible burn. I will never return to this circus of a restaurant.

Tonight I observed a hard working team of young people who respected their leader & work together to execute orders for their customers. I ordered a 15pc wing, which required the team to cook my food to order. I didn't receive attitude, nor did I detect an unwillingness to prepare the order. Bridgette who was the manager on duty stated "she could really use one more person" out of fatigue but expressed it calmly as if it were simply wishful thinking. Her location was understaffed but they pulled together to prepare the orders efficiently. I was impressed with what I was seeing. One of the young men took the initiative to fill the straw holders in drive thru, where he could've easily ignored the need and left it for someone else to do. I also asked to make sure my wings were well cooked. To ensure my order was as I requested she cooked them an extra minute. The team was under pressure, tired, and understaffed yet still provided exceptional service to customers that were there as I waited & to me as well. Keep up the good work Bridgette & team, good customer service is on the verge of extinction. I appreciate experiencing such great service this evening there with you and your people. Blessings⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I lived in WR until recently so when my food was not great, I didn't mind but now that I've moved to a city that doesn't have a BJ, I was so annoyed. I had been CRAVING this food for weeks and when I finally got it, it went from bad to worst. I ordered BB cookies and a pink lemonade w my food... I didn't check my food (my fault I know) until I was already on the interstate headed back when I noticed that I was given bb biscuits and not the cookies. Some would say no big deal but, I didn't pay for nor want these dry ass biscuits when I fixed my mouth for the cookies. I decided to take the L. Took a piece of the biscuit and immediately needed to drink my pink lemonade before I choked. But, what I drank was not PL but it tasted like dirty mop water. THAT pissed me off. And if I wasn't so far away, I would've drove right back but, I couldn't. Luckily I went to the location on Watson and they so kindly gave me what I paid for. I think Watson will be my new location. They really saved the day! I just can't trust SR location anymore.

Overall, I find this place to be on the upper end of fast food places in terms of ratings along State Route 96.
I've been here once in the late lunch block (~3pm on a weekday) and once around 8:30pm on a weeknight, and both times, I was impressed with the service and the food. I found it a bit spicy the first time (but we're talking about Bo's so that is to be expected) and much more tolerable the second time (though the taste was perfectly fine both times).
Both times, I found the service to be great, and the establishment is very clean. I would go as far to say that it might be the cleanest fast food restaurant along 96 on the west side of Houston Lake.

Decided to go to this location with my wife. Took 25 minutes just to get our order. Once we got home the 3pc meal was mostly batter . Mac was not hot cuisine service was poor. Not sure if this is a good location to ever visit.
