After driving over two hours to my office, I usually look forward to a simple breakfast and a cup of coffee. I’ve passed this location several times in recent months and finally decided to stop in this morning, as there were no cars in line and it was very peaceful before 9 AM.
When I placed my order, I asked for cream and sugar with my coffee. At the window, the young lady verified my order but did not seem very welcoming. I confirmed my condiments—cream, sugar, jelly, and ketchup for my hashbrowns—just to be sure everything was included. She informed me that they did not have individual creamers and could only provide it in a container. I didn’t have an issue with that solution at all; however, the way she communicated it came across as if it were an inconvenience or as though I was asking for too much.
When I arrived at my office, I noticed only two or three packets of sugar were included for a large coffee, and none of the condiments I had requested were provided. Since it was not busy at the time, this was disappointing. The experience felt more like indifference than hospitality, which ultimately left me with the impression that my business was not valued. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning.

Everything was amazing but someone needs to show them how to make sweet tea. Last 5 times I went their sweet tea tasting like unsweet tea. Love ya do better

Food was hot, fresh and the service was friendly. My only complaint is I asked for light ice and I was given extra ice. For reference I had the Cajun filet combo for breakfast
Never have I waited as long as I did today at the Hwy 96 location. Ordered at drive thru which is a BOT now, that was quick but I wonder how does the ordering at the BOT transfers to the inside since on average each car was a 8-10 min wait, I had 4 in front of me so that was nearly 40 minutes for me on drive thru for a fast food order. Waiting for hot food is fine a little bit but you would think by the time I got to the window my order would be ready instead my order was dropped and I’m waiting on chicken tenders. The lady who looked like manager considering g her uniform was different said my order was taken ny A.I (artificial intelligence) when I asked why wasn’t my order dropped when I ordered way back. She told me she had already told me it was going to be a 6 minute wait… I have no idea who she spoke too, it was not me considering she opened window took my card, never spoke until she asked me to pull up and wait and I asked why! Also, it still does not answer why after several mins I’m now going to wait for my order after getting my chance at the window which was my question I asked and her response was “AI took my order” that’s it… obviously she had no clue what she’s doing, I pulled up to wait since I had waited so long already. Ridiculous! Hope this is not the new way of running business at Hwy 96 Bojangles, if so I will not be returning!! Ii gave an extra star for the food being hot. Otherwise a straight ONE!

I was in the area and never had Bojangles. I figured let’s give it a try.
The staff were friendly and engaging. They greeted me immediately and didn’t treat me like a dumb ass because I had to read the menu to know what they served.
I settled in on a spicy chicken biscuit. It slapped. So good.
The restaurant was clean, service was good, pricing was fair and that sandwich. I miss it already. (No bojangles in my area)
