Decided to enjoy dinner at this location with my wife. Having to wait 25 minutes waiting for our dinner to come out in drive thru. I decided to get out and go in to find out what the wait was. Had to wait additional 10 plus, minutes because biscuits were not ready. While waiting 8 vehicles behind us got there orders. I never got the biscuits plus order as missing items. Management didn't take the time to make sure the situation was corrected. This 7pm crew needs to all be replaced or retrained up for customer service skills

First and last time at this location. Orded breakfast, 2 combos. Simple as can be, regular menu items. Got my drinks (sweet tea) super watered down. The food I got was totally wrong. I got 3 biscuits total. That was it. 2 of them were the same and was one of the ones I ordered, the other one wasn't even something they offer on the menu. The Bo tatos were missing entirely. I understand mistakes happen, but to get something that's not even offered is a bit strange.

The crew there is extremely professional and has the best customer service I’ve ever
Service is trash. It makes no sense to wait forever for someone to acknowledge you’re in the drive through. Then go in and they might welcome you and still not serve you. We just left. There was no line or anything, it’s fast food. And why was the lady fiddling with the icing squirt bottle. If no one needed it why was it so important when patrons are waiting. No excuse.

Went to one in Warner Robins on Watson was told to pull in a waiting spot. After waiting 35 minutes I went in to ask why it was taking so long. They said they needed to make some biscuits. Then proceeded to tell me they were out of coleslaw. A small child maybe 4 was sitting at a table coloring obviously was a employee's child. After all of waiting going on to find out what was up I said just give me my money back. Left and went to another one.

Best. Bojangles. I. Have. Ever. Had. I would highly encourage you to go here. It was a very modern Bojangles. Everything was fresh and warm. Service was good but they were super busy. I got the Supremes with mash potatoes. It was also very clean for a Bojangles!
