Trying to have a full automation to take your order is one of the worst ideas. It prevents people to actually get service rather than speeding it up.
The food was okay. However for the price I will pass next time I think about getting food from here. Wait time for a 1 chicken sandwich was over 15 mins? Wasn't fresh and the order was wrong. I try to find the good so they had AC in the building at least?

This Bojangles was great to eat at. I recommend the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Plus the tator tots are amazing!! They taste like onion rings. Yum

Me and my husband are from out of town, and aren’t familiar with the menu. We went through the drive thru around 10am and asked if they were serving lunch yet because they only had up the breakfast menu, and they said yes. So, because they only had the breakfast menu up on display we had to look up the lunch menu online. Couple minutes go by while we’re looking at the menu, and the woman asks us if we’re ready to order yet, and we respond with “not yet, we’re looking at the menu right now”. She then proceeds to let out the biggest sigh over the intercom when we told her we weren’t ready yet. It wasn’t busy during that time and, there were no cars behind us waiting. The attitude towards us wasn’t necessary. She could’ve given us some meal recommendations, or just been a little more patient with us. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. You chose this job.

Ordered the 2 thighs and leg combo. This is the thigh I got. The other was the same size. This is half a thigh. This is the reason that Bojangles can't keep stores open. They will now lose $14 to save $.25. I will not be back.
