Food is good. Your diet drinks are nasty. Syrupy and possibly poisoning diabetics.

Great food! Great atmosphere! Great service!

Ordered the 2 thighs and leg combo. This is the thigh I got. The other was the same size. This is half a thigh. This is the reason that Bojangles can't keep stores open. They will now lose $14 to save $.25. I will not be back.

Biscuits were good other items par. Service was friendly but didn't listen to our order very well. Very clean new location. Watson Blvd.

Ordered breakfast today, 5/3 around almost 8am. My husband went to eat his bacon egg and cheese biscuit and noticed seemingly mold or something strange on the biscuit. Pictures attached. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

The best Bojangles in Warner Robins, Georgia. The food was hot, well seasoned, delicious & affordable. I was given plenty of condiments & the portions were huge. They have a 8 piece, 2 sides, 4 biscuit, and a half gallon sweet tea special for $21. You can't get a better deal than that at any other chicken restaurant. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't give me any napkins, but I asked for paper plates & they had those.

This Bojangles have Chick Fila level customer service!
If there are any customer service issues with this location during the evenings, I blame the customer because this group of ladies and gentlemen are wonderful!

More stars are needed!

Shout out to Jackson for making dinner with Bojangles super easy tonight. Our order was hot and fresh and we got all the sauce we asked for. He’s awesome and has a great attitude and made our night. Thank you!

The chicken was delicious and now my favorite Bojangles in town. Every time I came there the chicken was hot and delicious. So as well as breakfast. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

1-27-25….1:15p.i ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner with 2 legs(I asked if I could get a leg in place of a thigh..they said yes)cole slaw, potato rounds, large diet Pepsi and the blueberry cobbler.
It was 15$ and they told me to drive up and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later the lady brings my order out…no drink. I said wheres drink. She said I forgot it ill be back. She returned in a few minutes and I asked wheres my fork. She said I'll be back. She returned. I pulled off and parked to eat as I live in North Macon and couldn't wait an hour to eat. No napkin, a thigh instead of a leg(I hate thighs) leg was hot but very greasy(dripping out of meat when I bit it), cole slaw was meh, biscuit was just ok, potatoes were barely warm, diet Pepsi was great and the blueberry cobblerwas ok but the cobbler portion was a biscuit. 15$ plus some change? Too much $$ for what I had.
I was disappointed to say the least. I wished I had stuck to my original plan and stopped at KFC in N Macon and got a chicken pot pie. My mistake.

If I could have gave zero stars I would have. Had a curbside order. Done at 631pm. I pulled in 633pm. I finally went in and got my order at 648. I let them know I had been waiting and dint realize we had to come in for the order with curbside...this goofy makes 2 new drinks but refuses to make new food as it was on the warmer...the chicken was hard and far from warm, the coleslaw was warmer then the food. The biscuits was rock hard...good thing my dogs eat anything. Use to be my #1 spot, never again. The last 3 times have been less then ok and this was it for me.
