After visiting this location a few times, I’ve decided to stop using it. The service is hit or miss, and the biscuit is always cold. It’s better to drive out of the way to a different store.

Had to scream out my lunch order to the person taking my order thru the drive thru . tell them young people don't be on your phone while u r on the clock then u can pay attention to peoples orders. I shouldn't have to yell my order thru the drive thru
You can clearly tell the difference in staff. Some days they are on point and other days, no clue and no food. There must not be a manager on duty at night because the service and attitude is completely different.

went in today for a somewhat big order for myself & my employees & i must say that lamar & the rest of the staff were so nice & helpful . the food was amazing & everything was correct . they did a wonderful job . i couldn't get every employee name but if you were working today with lamar around 12:30 i wanna give y'all a huge thank you so much !
Young lady on her phone and had one glove on while wrapping food. No hair nets and non professional. Stay away.

Pick-up order… very nice workers but not enough of them. They set aside my pickup order and I unknowingly made extra effort to be patient because the peak of lunchtime (that’s why I ordered early), but by the time they got me the meal (including extra chicken as apology, running late only to discover they left off an item so I had to go inside again. They need more help!

I’m from a different state and have never been to a bojangles that had nice staff, the people here are AMAZING! They’re so sweet, they make sure you have what you need before you leave the line, and they always have a smile on their face!
How u run a company and say u ain’t got no biscuits or chicken u was out of everything and u are closing early u been open more than a month I went to 96 and got everything I need whoever work this night 12/7/23@7:45 didn’t wanna work y’all Need a whole new staff customer service was awful Never again they didn’t give a damn about anything no customer service no nothing lazy‼️‼️‼️
