New review for Feb 4, 2025. Ordered a double whopper with no onions well, they put onions. Ordered a single whopper with everything. Well, not sure what they sent, but it was a little baby hamburger with cheese and 2 pickle slices for $6.19. And an order of small fry, when I looked in the bag, it wasn't there and I asked them where the fries were.. I called and told the manager the problem and she asked if I wanted to come back. Well, no. Already made one trip. They make the money on the whopper that we got a little baby hamburger. The employees should be able to read and follow directions, and if they don't get it right, take it out of their check, and credit the patron. The host was Alexandra and the cashier was Sa'Niyyah. This is shameful. Guess we will have to find another place that can read and follow directions, or pay for the orders they screw up and pay to have a new order delivered to the patrons house at their expense.

Prior visit
I waited in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes at a fast food place. There was two cars ahead of me. After waiting for a long time, I asked the cashier how much longer it would be, the girl said she didn't know. The burgers were apparently frozen and had to be thawed. So much for fast food. And the manager was hiding behind a door, peeking out when he heard me saying they should cook it again so I could at least have hot food. Maybe he should have run a special on chicken. Bawk, bawk. I asked for no onion in one of the whoppers, but no. I guess "Have it your way" is a thing of the past. Everything is cold. Last time for us. 30+ minute wait, there was plastic pieces on the meat on one of the hamburgers, everything was cold, no salt, pepper, ketchup, napkins, clueless people that worked there that did not know that burgers need to be taken out to thaw. The manager was scared I guess, and hiding. Wow, just wow. Will definitely go somewhere else. Yall, don't go to this one.

Slowest burger in town for sure. I come here and use the bogo free chicken sandwich and it’s literally always burnt, I don’t understand. And with no line, I’ll wait like 20 mins for just those two sandwiches alone

Did a mobile order when the Three Test Whoppers were going, December 3rd, 2024. Waited over 30 minutes for the order to be made ( I made the order while in the restaurant to get the points) The fried pickle whoppers, (2 ordered) had ONE fried pickle on them, no lettuce, no tomato, no ranch dressing for $6.99 each, what a rip off. I left feedback on the Burger King webite, didn't even get a response. I will being avoiding this Burger King for months.

Waited 30min for my dam food. They forgot they sent me to wait for it. Drove around, and heres your food cold and frozen deink is now liquid... dont use mobile order either. Never leave the window when they ask you to pull forward. Stay till they give you your food or drive around again and wait way too long

I go through the drive thru (first in line and still took almost ten minutes after I paid to get my food) and order a double cheeseburger and I get a single hamburger so I go inside for a remake. I get a cold cheeseburger. While I was inside, another customer was having to get their order redone. Went to Wendy's and gave this to my dogs. Avoid this Burger King. Go to the one on Watson Blvd instead.

Short staffed as usual at the Russell pky. store .took a long time for food to get readdy.i also thing it slowed it down since I ordered 1 whopper meal,and 1 impossible whopper meal .staff was nice and gave my. son an extra whopper for the wait.i like the store because is newly remodeled in a good style with raised booth seating or bar height center seats and all the 4 tvs always seem to work and always on a different station,news or games.i feel for some restaurants who have trouble with staffing reliability ..also this store usually stays open with door unlocked till the posted closing time...unlike many places that post the close time on internet,and door,but you get there 30 mins or more to find the doors locked because the teenage lazy workers who don't care about the business or owner but just want to deter customers from giving them $ and business so they can get off early or just want to turn up rap music and milk the clock I never go through the drive through after I find they lock dining room early.or shut down ice cream machine 2 hours early and tell you it's out of order.this store seldom does these types of customer killing actions.i recommend it over other b. Kings for sure and will travel farther to go there many times .the owner must understand Business well and knows that some things need to be consistent and reliable such as when you load up your 3 kids 2 mammas and her 3 kids mostly get all a vanilla cone .as well as order lots of other food.get there and hour and a half before closing time posted but they say the ice cream machine is down after... you can't use dining room and sit in drive through for 10mins till you find out they cleaned machine early to get off early....that stuff kills repeat business. Not like that here.

Food for most part is good, some hot and misses, the service sucks, regardless of the time you come during lunch, drive thru lines are backed up or it just takes forever for them to get your food, need to hire especially during peak times of the day, I'm in line now, it's at a standstill, if I wasn't sandwiched in I would leave!!!!!!
