This based off of multiple visits over the last year. Lobby is typically unkept. Employees out walking through it and not cleaning or tidying a thing. They are super consistent at having one of the slowest drive-thrus in town. Food is typically on par. Cannot complain about that. Thankfully. Service is quicker when you go in, but it could also be improved on. I won’t stop going, but I definitely limit my visits based off of this. I’d like to see improvement!
Using coupons is so easy here. Recommend using coupons to purchase meals.

On Nov. 29, 2023, I visited Burger King #8617 (201 Russell Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA) and ordered a #1 combo (whopper with only cheese and pickles, small fry, and bottle of water). That's it. It was a "For Here" order. According to my receipt, the order was made at 7:57 pm. I waited for my order the whole time along with the other people who ordered before me. I did not go the bathroom or to the car or anywhere. My name was finally called indicating that my order was ready. My order was ready at 822pm. I waited 25 minutes to get my food. Is 25 minutes an excellent time period of customers waiting on an order, especially if its a one combo meal? Your thoughts?
