I always have a great experience with this location. I go here at least once a week for my elderly father. He loves him a whopper once in a while and I am happy to make him happy.
Whether I place an order through the app or in person it is a flawless transaction. I am often greeted by one of the Managers “Hello Mr. Sam”. How they pick me out of the hundreds of people that come in is impressive.

Greatly impressed by the attention the Manager Teneshia pays to customers waiting in line. The service here is definitely going to get better. The store is also clean and employees seems very well motivated. Greatly recommend the store.

Bathroom was really clean. I has to change my granddaughter twice during my stay and sat her on the seat once. It was nice not to have to have to deep clean the toilet or worry about her touching dirty walls.

I bought a dbl cheese burger and nuggets from the store on hwy 96 and the bun was stale and hard. The nuggets were dry, old and cold. When ordering from that store make sure they cook your food fresh.

Half assed employees. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and bacon. I got a regular whopper with cheese. I was charged as I ordered . Check ur order and don't feel guilty about it. They can wait for u to verify.
I ordered 1 thing on my order and somehow they gave me the wrong thing. There was no one else in the drive thru or at the counter and yet they managed not to get it correct.
Was not noticed until I got home. When I tried to call using the number of the website it would not work.

I got a morticia shake and it was terrible. Absolutely not even close to what it is or what it’s supposed to even look like. Never coming to this Burger King again.
