They hung up in my face when I was asking a question there are rude and I’m a paying customer they need to step up their game

This is probably the best burger king I have to in a long time. Super friendly and great service. Kendrick was so kind and patient and took my order perfectly. The manager on duty Tenisha, at 1:20pm was super kind and had orders flowing. Most the time now you see management hiding in the back. Will definitely come back to this Burger King.

I’ve stopped by this Burger King on Hwy 96 plenty of times over the years. It’s convenient, the staff is usually friendly, and the food is about what you’d expect from BK — hot and fresh most of the time. Service can be a little slow during busy hours, but they do their best to keep things moving. The dining area and drive-thru are both clean and easy to get in and out of, which is nice. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick meal when you’re in the area and want something familiar.

Unfortunately I got bacon instead of sausage. I dont like bacon... and I know most people think thats nuts, but I dont. Everyone was nice, but even the receipt says sausage. Yuck bacon

Went through the drive thru and was meet with the rudest lady ever, couldn't even stop and think about what drink we wanted before she was repeating her question in a ruder and ruder tone. Couldn't even get our order right while still trying to order it, you can clearly tell it was completely inconvenient for her to do her job. We drove away, won't be back and corprate will be called
Unless you want to sit in line for 30 min and never get your food bc they're standing around chit chatting don't go to this burger king wendys is right up the road.

Drive thru wait time ridiculous. Makes no since to wait in a drive thru that long. It was like they had one person working the entire store. No since of urgency. To top it off they handed me a cup with the lid not on and I spilled the soda in my lap and if you can guess, nothing was said and she looked t me like I took the lid off. Corporate needs to do an undercover boss.

Terrible slow service and nobody there. Slow answering drive through! Food was terrible and cold at 8:30 am! Only scored "B" on inspection report! Avoid this restaurant even though it appears clean outside.
