Ok so this was my first go through here and they're great! Fast timing and good food, our Server Andrew had the best attitude and was kind through our stay. Definitely coming back through again!

They looked cool but the flavor lacked a lot. Definitely prefer smallcakes shakes. Definitely not worth almost 39 dollars for 3 shakes. I asked for added cookie dough bites and payed extra for them, I got one places on top. What kind of service is that?

Absolutely phenomenal ice cream!! My son got the boom, it looked just like the pictures, and the cotton candy flavor was great! I tried the banana pudding ice cream, it was a delicious!! My daughter had the Superman ice cream which is pretty plain flavor wise because it just is the same everywhere but it was fresh and the cone was fresh. Everything was great and we will definitely come back. The quality is great! Also, the customer service was so good. The lady that helped us at the register answered all of our questions without issue. The general manager came out and thanked us for coming and genuinely was interested in our experience as well as how everything tasted. This is our new go to! Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. Top notch! They have new flavors regularly so there’s always new options. This is our new go to and we will be back!

Thank you for making my babies day. It was a nice surprise for us all. Service was great and considering it's made to order very speedy young lady. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. Clean and clear, I will most definitely count you all in on my hot summer days. The cupcake was. The chili dogs were good.

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT ?. Okay, I'm not usually one to go for milkshakes (I can never finish them by myself) but after I seen the menu online I knew I had to try this place. I ordered the Mintuation, as I'm a big fan of mint and chocolate ?. I finished the whole thing before I even got home (15 minute drive) which is why I only have one photo ?. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors! Each shake has different toppings (cookies, gummies, cakes etc.) as well as a "pixie stick" stuck inside. They have various food/desserts too! The staff was very kind considering I stopped by right before closing time ?

Had a great experience at cake and shake in Warner Robins, Ga. This was our first time tryin any cake and shake and the food and treats were delicious. What was more impressive was the staff. They were friendly, attentive(and it was busy),and even went the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful experience. You see we travel with our 4 legged child and when the young lady that took our order was cleaning tables, she spotted him waiting on us and asked if she could get him some water. Now that to me is taking care of “all” your customers needs.
I love this place. I've been there a few times and the other location in locust grove. I will go back again and again. The ONLY issue each time I've gone to the warner robins location is the bathroom is very dirty. We were the first customers there Friday upon opening and the young lady could have checked the bathrooms vs being on her laptop. Dirty bathroom says alot. But the treats are great!

Oh Ehm Ghee. I randomly came across this fantasy place when I was looking for something else and bookmarked it for another day. That was a heavenly milkshake. I had Ole Dirt Road and hubs had the Cake n Shake. I can only eat lettuce for a week but what a treat!!! Amazing and really friendly staff. They are fresh made so understand if they’re busy you will have a short wait. So worth it.

It definitely is a novelty experience. Overall the taste of the food wasn't bad but definitely not worth what I paid. I was really disappointed that they did not have strawberry ice cream. I don't like how they just yell out what your order is when it's complete, I mean what if someone has the same order? If I'm given an order number wouldn't you get the whole order complete before giving it to your customer? Your cashier was very nice and apologetic. Your business lacks organization and some customer service skills.
