This location is great! Even though it was packed, service was excellent, from quality to accuracy. We had our food in a very short amount of time. The management really is great and there are really wonderful employees. Shout out to Shaniya, who went above and beyond. Even though it was busy, her customer service was awesome. Thank you!

Unlike another Captain D's in the area, this one moves along at a pretty quick pace. However, we just watched one of the girls, without gloves, grab two cups and plunge them into the ice and bring them up, dripping. This means that the ice has been subjected to uncovered, unsanitary hands repeatedly. Glad we didn't order a drink with our meals! Also... Strangely small portions(?!)
