It should be printed on the flyer that your neighborhood business does not accept them. In addition, when I went in to order, there were seven employees visible behind the counter. I was the only customer in line with the dining area virtually empty. Finally the employee casually strolled from the cooking area to very stoically take my order and not honor the corporate mailer. Not a big, big deal, but just a really poor presentation to customers who have many other choices to support.

They Waited On Me Appropriately And The Girls Were Kind And Polite. It Wasn't Crowded On The Inside , As It Was A Fairly New Store That Had Opened. I Wanted To See The Menu For I Hadn't Been To A Captain D's In Years. I Did Get My Order To Go. Only 1 Plate And A Side Order Of Chicken Tenders For My FURBABY'S. I Got A Fish And Chicken plate With FF And Slaw. It Was Very Very Expensive For Just That, Didn't Even Include A Soda Or Tea , Was 18.99 For My Order. When I Got Home, Which Was Maybe 10 minutes Away. Food Was Cold, Two Little Skinny Pieces Of Fish And 2 maybe 2in pcs of Chicken Tenders. Maybe 3 teaspoons of Slaw And Cold Hard FF's. The Tenders Contained 4 pcs I Think. I Used To Go To Captain D's In Warner Robins Ga All The Time On North Davis, When I Was Working At RAFB, And Before From The Time They Ever Opened And Was Never Dissatisfied Or Disappointed Like I Was The Other Night. Especially For The Money I Spent. I Might As Well Been At Red Lobster Or Even One Of The Local Catfish Or Seafood Restaurants And Would Highly Been Satisfied. Needless To Say, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS CAPTAIN D'S. The Girls That Waited On Me Were Kind And Polite, But They Can Only Do So Much And Work With What They Got. Ohhhh, I Ask For Some Cracklins Or Crumbs As Some Call Them. At The One In WR They Always Gave Me A Small Tray or Cup For Free. We eat here a couple of times a month. Especially on Wed or Sunday when old folks, like us, can eat and have a drink for less than $15. Service is reasonable and the food is usually hot. We do ALWAYS ask for fresh fries, though, and have never had a problem with getting them just that way. Thank you Captain, we'll be back! ;)
This location has the best everything! The customer service is great. I've been here multiple times and not once have I had a bad experience! The food is always hot and fresh, the wait is never long, the building is clean and the attitudes of the employees are always friendly, nice and welcoming!

Walked in to order food with coupons in my hand and the first thing the cashier said to me was "We don't accept coupons". I immediately walked out. Captain D's is expensive enough and this one doesn't accept coupons? Unacceptable.

I finally decided I wanted a fish sandwich from Captain D's and when I pulled up there were only a couple cars in line. No problem. I ordered a fish sandwich plain. She asked if I wanted cheese? I responded no, I want it plain. She asked if I wanted just the sandwich or combo? I responded you can make it a combo as long as the fries are hot. I pulled to the window to pay and the car ahead of me was getting ready to pull off so I did not have a long wait. I get to the window and I asked for condiments for my sandwich. She gave my drink and a just a few minutes I had my food. I pulled off and went less than a mile down the street and pulled over to check my food. The sandwich had tarter sauce and lettuce on it...not plain. The fries were lukewarm at best but had something in them I didn't order...HAIR. I turned around to return the food and pulled to the DT window where the associate asked was the sandwich wrong and I informed her it was and told her about fries and asked for a refund. She apologized and refunded my money
