Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

This was my first visit to Charlie's cheesesteaks I was going on a recommendation from my son who eats them out in Lafayette Louisiana and says they are great. I would have to agree they are very good at the least. I got the large bacon three cheese and only could eat half of it so I will get to have the other half at supper. I would recommend it to anyone that wanted a good Philly cheese steak sandwich ?

Had the original Philly cheeseteak. Tastes just like the ones I remember from Philadelphia. Customer service was great. Easy to order online. Easy pickup. Great customer service. Priced just right.

I love Charley’s and I get a free meal every week since grand opening. Never have issues and the staff is very friendly.

Love the one on base but one on Watson seems to have reading and comprehending skills. Been 4 times and 4 times I've had issues with my order. I get the regular chicken buffalo with extra chicken, provolone and banana peppers and that's it. Three of the four times I have had more bread to where I put all the chicken on half the sandwich just to make a decent sandwich. Had extra onions added two of my visits and on one of the visits I had everything on it, I told the young lady at the counter this isn't what I ordered, now she is very pleasant and tries, I handed her my receipt and she asked them to remake as it was wrong, dude in back said what's wrong with the one they got, she said it's not what he ordered, he just shook his head. Today was my forth visit, ordered online so there would be no communication issues. Before she brings out my order I hear her say this is a buffalo chicken where is the sauce, response was under the cheese, heard nothing further and my sandwich was delivered to my table and when I opened the box they had poured a ton of sauce on the top of the sandwich. Had to eat it with a fork and the chicken under the cheese had no sauce on it. Love this place but since I am 0-4 at the Watson location I will not return until they take it more serious in the back putting these sandwiches together, once again the young lady at the register is great and she shouldn't be saying sorry about that to multiple customers. If done right this place would be amazing!

If someone is ordering thur door dash its probably cause they cant come to get there food. Second time I have ordered no fork, no straw, not even my ranch I paid for. I am up here trying to eating cheese fries with my bare hands at work.

Ordered chicken sub and it was very flavorful, didn't think it would be as good as it was, only mishap is that I Ordered a large fry but got a regular fry in volume inside a large box, but other than that it was worth every penny.......

First time there! I know I'm late to the party. I had the Kimchi cheesesteak. Delicious!!! Peach lemonade had real fruit which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be back.

My first time trying Charley’s ,I ordered s”a steak and cheese sub with Cajun french fries and Wings with garlic Parmesan cheese sauce wings, they make fresh squeezed lemonade. I got the Mango lemonade drink was so freaking good. The food was hot, fresh and delicious they season it to perfection. Their wings were huge and I was shocked and surprised because some places give you small wings, their wings were big. Let me just show you a picture of the steak sandwich. And their big chocolate chip cookies is the size of your hand. It will melt on your tongue it taste so good. and I forgot to order a milkshake. I called back and told Charley’s,And let them no how good their food was. The person who answered the phone with Kia . She was so amazing and I told her to let the other staff members know that I appreciate the food, and it was delicious. Great customer service great food. I will be coming back. and a delivery driver was amazing.

Vegetarian options: They do offer a vegetarian sandwich

Dietary restrictions: I am a diabetic and they give you options on their menu. If you don’t want any bread or starch and they have a veggie sandwich if you don’t want any meat I’m happy this place has that option not a lot of places do

Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly and they have a kids meal and the staff members are very friendly and nice and respectful

We were excited to try as the one on base is pretty good. Overall the experience was very average. Our cheesesteaks barely had any onion or mushrooms on them. Steak was bland. Bread wasn't toasted.
My daughter wanted a old school cheesesteak against my advice and that was absolutely inedible.
Will possibly try another time.

The kids that work here are rude as hell, but I’m never dining in so I just grab my stuff and go. There is 1 girl who tries but they stay making fun of her for having some kind of manners. The food is better than the one on base which is why I still order from here.
