Awesome family place to eat.

First time trying. I was highly impressed with the flavors of the wings and the size of the wings. Thank you it was delicious!!! Highly recommend.

I placed a pick up order at 5pm yesterday (9/20/25) to be picked up at 6:30. Once I got there I waited until 6:45 before I got PART of my order. I was handed the bag with only half of my order. I then waited for 20 more minutes on 1 sub and one bag of chips. When I asked for my bag of chips I was treated like I was trying to rip them off. She made me open my bag and let her search it for a $2 bag of chips. By this point the first half of my order was cold and

The whole store from the managers on down needs a class in customer service. It was my first time trying this establishment and thanks to the Warner Robins location on Watson blvd I will never step foot in another one.

Don’t bother ordering curbside pickup. They’ll just put it on the pick up rack and let your food get cold until you come in and ask for it.

I am handicapped & use a wheelchair but I did not have my chair with me cause I was not planning on gong in anywhere... so I ordered through the app & chose curbside pick up... when I get there i try calling cause theres no way to check in on the app... the number is a google number & no one answers... I tried many times... I tried honking... there were no other customers so I couldn't ask them to let them know I was there... so I get really upset cause it frustrates me when as a handicapped person I can not get something done when it should have been really simple... but I keep trying to call & get their attention by honking so I decide I'll sit there till I have to get my kid from school which was in about 45 mins & if they didn't bring me my food by then it's come back & my kid could go in & tell them I'm there... but after sitting there for 30mins or so this lady finally comes out... I said I've been trying to call... her only response was the phone didn't ring... she was just really dismissive & didn't even offer a sorry for ur wait... and the food is mediocre at best so I don't think I'll be coming here again...

*edit* the franchise owner did call me & offer to remake my meal & was apologetic for circumstances and I do appreciate that... so if u do have an issue reach out through their website or call & let them know...

Tried it out for the first time today. Got there straight philly with everything on it. I was pretty impressed, but it's a bit bready. Probably the best philly cheesesteak on Watson, so far as I know. The interior is a little cookie cutter but clean and pleasant. Didn't try their wings or fries this visit.

Charlie’s Cheesesteak in Warner Robins never disappoints! The place is always clean, the staff is super quick, and the food is just flat-out yummy. The cheesesteaks are loaded with flavor, and you can’t skip the fries—they come out hot, crispy, and perfect for dipping. And let me just say, the strawberry lemonade is a must… sweet, refreshing, and the best way to wash it all down.

This spot is definitely one of my go-to’s when I want something fast but still really tasty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment with a menu that offers everything except burgers. Which makes sense because it’s Charley’s “CHEESESTEAKS”, lol. Will be returning!

Sandwiches were dry, they were both missing the peppers, one missing onions too and one missing mushrooms. Also bread was not toasted. Just overall not good. The lady who brought the order though, she was very kind and professional.

Great place for delicious food, friendly staff l, and a place you’ll want to visit and eat as a repeat customer. No issues or complaints, typically quick with orders, standard wait time is 10-15 minutes normally.

Wow, it was a great experience. I tried wings and a cheesesteak and everything was excellent. I always go for the hottest sauce for the wings and I'd say the spice level was about a 7 but the flavor and temperature were great.
Store is very clean and well kept. Employees were all very attentive and friendly. I didn't catch the name of the lady running the show yesterday, but it looks like she runs a tight ship!
