I waited at curbside pick up for 35 minutes to receive cold old food. Baked potato was hot but tasted old. Chicken fingers were cold, I expected freshly cooked chicken after the long wait. Very disappointed.
The chicken Caesar pasta salad was a 10/10 best caesar salad I ever had seriously the did not skimp on the dressing will be returning soon
Wait staff were very nice and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our meal and drinks. I love it when a place is clean and has great service

I don’t understand why there is always a wait time of 25-30min, even though there are plenty of tables available. “short staffed”, if this is the case, is an issue which can be easily resolved by hiring the necessary amount of people. Also the ordering at the counter took quite long. This is not a great service
The food was decent - better than all other fast food spots i tried in the area so far. But not great… the baked potato was overcooked and fell apart when cut. Veggies were overcooked and too soft

Ms. Mary Ann was very professional, friendly, and is one of the best examples of a great supervisor I have ever met. Cheddars is my favorite restaurants in Georgia! Thank you so much!

The girl AVA .... left me on Hold for 25 mins I called 3 times she take the phone off the hook the other 2 calls and had it in her pocket . I drove from the other side of town with my phone still om the call and the phone was in her pocket. I get to Cheddars and the front and tell the host wats going on and ask for a manager, ava comes up with the phone in her pockets hangs up and says she has nobody on hold when I show my phone it's showing call ended. Bc she didn't want them to know she had me on hold for 25mins . The 25 mins I been on hold my food could have been ready now I'm waiting a extra 30 mins . I'm HIGH Unsatisfied with her poor customer service.. she never told me her name I just know who she bc I know her from a old job . She does not need to be working for this business if so somebody else needs to answer the phone or take her place. This is not Okay specially when I have worked in the same industry and know how to give GREAT Customer service . THANK YOU .
