I don’t understand why there is always a wait time of 25-30min, even though there are plenty of tables available. “short staffed”, if this is the case, is an issue which can be easily resolved by hiring the necessary amount of people. Also the ordering at the counter took quite long. This is not a great service

The food was decent - better than all other fast food spots i tried in the area so far. But not great… the baked potato was overcooked and fell apart when cut. Veggies were overcooked and too soft

The girl AVA .... left me on Hold for 25 mins I called 3 times she take the phone off the hook the other 2 calls and had it in her pocket . I drove from the other side of town with my phone still om the call and the phone was in her pocket. I get to Cheddars and the front and tell the host wats going on and ask for a manager, ava comes up with the phone in her pockets hangs up and says she has nobody on hold when I show my phone it's showing call ended. Bc she didn't want them to know she had me on hold for 25mins . The 25 mins I been on hold my food could have been ready now I'm waiting a extra 30 mins . I'm HIGH Unsatisfied with her poor customer service.. she never told me her name I just know who she bc I know her from a old job . She does not need to be working for this business if so somebody else needs to answer the phone or take her place. This is not Okay specially when I have worked in the same industry and know how to give GREAT Customer service . THANK YOU .

This was my first time at a Cheddar's, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from the start. I came in excited and hungry, but things quickly went downhill. We were told there’d be a 30-minute wait for our party of 7, which we were fine with, but it ended up being closer to 50 minutes to an hour. When we checked in, they said they were still cleaning the table and it would be ready in 10 minutes, but that turned into much longer. To make matters worse, we were the only ones waiting! We eventually spoke to the manager, but he was incredibly rude and showed a lack of customer service. Finally, we were seated, but it took another 10 minutes for our waitress to come over. At that point, we still hadn’t received our drinks or appetizers.

I went to cheddars off Watson Blvd and the staff was so rude, the wait for a table of 7 was 40+ minutes when told 25-30 minute wait while many tables were going by with parties one person or two people smaller than us. The restaurant wasn’t even busy and when I asked to speak with the manager, Colin, very politely. He wasn’t very accommodating nor was he very nice. I didn’t appreciate the attitudes when asking how much longer it would take one time on getting the table. We asked how much longer and were told the table was being wiped off but ten minutes later it still wasn’t ready. Once seated, the table was messy and food all over the floor. Nobody came to get our drinks for 10 minutes of being seated. I understand if they were busy but having not been busy it was ridiculous. We got there at 6 pm and didn’t leave until 8:34 pm.

Going into chedders with large party getting a waiting time of 30 minutes is understandable. However, when inquiring about the wait after 30 mins, I was told that a table was being cleaned off for my party, followed by 20 more minutes of waiting. Being that a table doesn't take 20 mins to clean off shows that the server had no issue lying to my face rather than being honest with me. After enquiring a second time the restaurant manager was rude and was arguing with us about seating. When your restaurant is located on Watson Blvd. Where there are so many other choices, being immature and arguing with patrons is ignorant choice. I recommend any restaurant other than this. Chili's and Longhorn have much better service.
