I think the workers need retraining or more training. I ordered 2 Southwest grilled chicken salads. You’re suppose to get 2 packets of dressing, 1 packet of tortilla strips & 1 packet of Lime pepitas per salad. They pretty much have always gotten it right in the past so I didn’t bother to check. Got home and missing a packet of dressing and 1 packet of Tortilla strips & lime pepitas. The next time I went there I ordered grilled chicken nuggets with 1 Polynesian sauce & large waffle fries. Got home the waffle fries were cold hard & stale. I heated them in the microwave which made them taste a little bit better. The grilled chicken nuggets tasted rubbery & were overcooked. I requested only 1 Polynesian sauce for my nuggets, I would think they could get that right. But NO they didn’t. Tonite I went back and ordered 2 southwest grilled chicken salads and basically same problem—-missing a packet of tortilla strips & lime pepitas. So I told the worker guy and he brought me another one. Got home and an item was still missing the lime pepitas. Even after I told him about it, he still didn’t get it right. I think need to go back to Chick-fil-A basics 101.

I can't believe we are in line to place an order 5 mins before they close and the girls that were taking orders walk out the line and went in the store. And the guy turn us away and said they were close. How can you close and refuse service when u have people in the line before it's time to close! My first time ever experiencing bad customer service at chickfila. Smh my sister is pregnant and was craving chic fila and we hadn't ate lunch and they turn use away! Wow

Hi! I am a frequent customer to chickfila and it is definitely a favorite of mine. I have never left a review in my life anywhere but this situation really stuck out to me. My sister and I went through Russell chickfila drive through and we mistakenly went through the mobile through order line , there was not a soul in the lane infront nor behind us…just myself. Jahquis approached us and informed us that starting now only mobile ordering customers can only go through that lane and vise versa with drive through. which is understandable, they are clearly labeled. However, when I told him I will definitely be sure to pay attention next time and enter the correct lane he insisted I loop all the way around and come through the correct lane if i want my order taken and made it very clear he would not take my order right then…even though there is nobody in either lane and they were dead. I had worked in the food industry for years so I understand that everybody is just doing their best however this just was not the case. Jahquis and his female coworker then chuckled after I began to pull off and I almost just left but decided to just loop through anyway. Once he saw I was entering again he strugged his shoulders in annoyance. Maybe he just had a bad day I dont know, but as nice and understanding as I was, that should not have happened.

I’ve been in line for five minutes now and still waiting to leave… my fries were cold when they brought the bag . Why am I getting my food before the 5-7 cars ahead of me and having to wait 5 more minutes just to pull out ?

Excited to try the pimento cheese chicken sandwiches. Ordered 2 non-spicy to go. Got home to find that we had 2 plain chicken sandwiches. Extremely disappointed! Not the first time our take out order has been wrong! Guess we should have learned by now.

This, like many Chick-fil-As, is a pretty good, clean and well kept environment. However, it is much slower than the other Chick-fil-A in warner robins. Overall, very good restaurant, however I would recommend going to Russell or Watson locations instead
