Ordered via the mobile app. Used the mobile line for pickup. Ended up being the very last person served. People in the outer drive thru line were all serviced before me, including several that pulled up after me. Check your cameras this morning…. I was only given my order only after I was the only person in the entire service line. My order was not difficult!
What is the point of the added mobile line? Why not at least acknowledge me while servicing other patrons? Not the level of service I’ve experienced with other locations.
I’m sorry for the negative review. Especially since I primarily leave mostly positive reviews. Please, do better!
Quick run through the drive through. There weren't many people in the drive through at that time so it was pretty quick to get in and out.

I think the workers need retraining or more training. I ordered 2 Southwest grilled chicken salads. You’re suppose to get 2 packets of dressing, 1 packet of tortilla strips & 1 packet of Lime pepitas per salad. They pretty much have always gotten it right in the past so I didn’t bother to check. Got home and missing a packet of dressing and 1 packet of Tortilla strips & lime pepitas. The next time I went there I ordered grilled chicken nuggets with 1 Polynesian sauce & large waffle fries. Got home the waffle fries were cold hard & stale. I heated them in the microwave which made them taste a little bit better. The grilled chicken nuggets tasted rubbery & were overcooked. I requested only 1 Polynesian sauce for my nuggets, I would think they could get that right. But NO they didn’t. Tonite I went back and ordered 2 southwest grilled chicken salads and basically same problem—-missing a packet of tortilla strips & lime pepitas. So I told the worker guy and he brought me another one. Got home and an item was still missing the lime pepitas. Even after I told him about it, he still didn’t get it right. I think need to go back to Chick-fil-A basics 101.
