We had the wost experience, I had family visiting and decided to go for lunch, the server was extremely rude, and when we asked for the manager, I had to go to the hostess station to ask for the manager. The manager came, appear to listen to our situation, then rather than being empathetic, he said, she has been working here for 20 years. Very dissatisfied. We left without eating.

We've ordered via Doordash and they used to be an awesome restaurant. But the past 4 times, the order is wrong, old and cold food...it's as if they don't care about good service there anymore. A hamburger, a simple dish, never has buns, never has the fixings ordered. We will never order from them again. Thank God Doordash refunds their customers. I hope Doordash drops them.

I highly recommend Chili's here in Warner Robins. The food is always fresh and hot and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. I also want to recognize Kaila, Zoe, and Rebecca. All three of those servers are absolutely totally super awesome and give excellent top notch customer service each and every time. They are always nice and friendly and provide a wonderful and pleasant dining experience.

We went on Tuesday (Mar 4) and had the best time! There were two birthdays going in at the same time and everyone had balloons and was just a a whole lot of fun.
We forgot to catch the waitress’ name, but she was SO AMAZING and funny (She was about 5 foot and Caucasian) but she made the experience unforgettable!🙂

Have been to this Chili’s a few times now. The food is always spectacular! Unfortunately that’s the only thing that is. Service is always mediocre, not due to the employees themselves but lack of. They always seem to be understaffed which makes for scarce service and even longer wait times when it comes to food arriving at the table and service. It is always quite loud as well, I enjoy a nice busy atmosphere but it always seems to be a bit on the side of “hard to hear what you’re saying” atmosphere. Unfortunately this last time when we arrived they were closed at 5 in the afternoon for an unknown reason. This also came after driving across town and checking the hours online. So overall good food but mediocre everything else.
Parking: Parking spots are very tiny!
Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids as the noise just adds to the loud atmosphere.
