They are insanely rude! I asked for a quesadilla and the girl on the line immediately got mad at me ans was so rude! Apparently you can only get a quesadilla if you order it online? I just thought that was odd. I just gave her kind of a confused look and she started going off on me for "looking like that"... I just quietly said "ok can I get a bowl". She quickly threw one together and dismissed me. I asked the cashier quietly if there was a manager there and her response was "it's my second day." ...
I'm extremely uncomfortable! I was genuinely afraid I was about to get screamed at if I didn't de escalate the situation. I was coming here as a treat on a really hard day and I'm leaving feeling even worse. Someone like that should probably work the grill or something where they don't interact with customers. I love chipotle but this might actually be the last time I come here. I don't even want to eat my food now...

Edit based on response: the issue is not with nor getting a dang quesadilla. That's fine! The issue is the major attitude and the genuine fear of the situation escalating to being yelled at! She was getting angrier and angrier!

Clean store and nice staff, quick service, food was fresh and hot, but someone cooked my calzone a bit too long. It had a burnt flavor overriding the taste of the calzone. They have a great menu selection.

Wheelchair accessibility: That parking area is small and usually packed, so I would be hesitant to recommend anyone to any business in the building, especially someone in a wheelchair.

One of your employees is so dang rude?? Like you don’t need to call out someone so loudly for not paying, it was most likely an accident. And the fact that’s she’s getting mad at OTHER employees is absolutely insane. Tell her to fix her attitude. Food is 10/10 though :)

I was disappointed with the brisket nothing but crumb. Bought extra meat, had to pay 7.99 for it and extra for guacamole. Will be my last visit.

We ordered a mobile and waited 45 minutes as the workers causally, and slowly make each order, there was no sense of urgency, even though there were about 10 people inside

Incredibly under staffed and they’re always in the weeds (not necessarily their fault). I order online on occasion and they seem to always run out of something and I get charged for it.

I stopped going to the Chipotle in Macon because they were rude and the food taste and preparation was poor. I decided to give the one in Warner Robins a chance for the first time in over a year. Same experience smh

I went to this Chipotle location, arrived at 7, and there was a long line. I waited until 8:30, and just before ordering, the person in charge of serving said that they were running of steak, sour cream, and other items. The exact same thing happened 2 days ago!! This is not acceptable. It seems like this is a trend because other people said that they are always running of steak. If they already know that this is the most sold protein, why they don't they get prepared?
2 days ago, I ordered anyway. And the tortillas were packed cold, despite I asked them to make them crispy, they were watmed only a few seconds. They also didn't have chips. I mean, it seemed like the staff was tired, and I get it. It's not a good work environment. People get frustrated because you say you sell something and then don't have it. A d people realizes after waiting for too long!
I hope the manager reads this and get all the supplies needed next time, OR finds the way of notifying people they are running of something before they make them wait.

Came in on 10/13/2024 around 10:30 they had no food and said they’re only taking online. And i said I would place an order online and they said they still couldn’t do it because they had no food and they already started closing. There was no food in display. I told them I thought they closed at 11 and they said nothing. Mind you i drove about 20 mins for this. Very disappointed and extremely unprofessional. They should honor the hours that are posted. I could give 0 stars I would
