This location is always slow, but today I walked in, the line is 15-deep, but that's fine, I've waited 20-25 minutes before and today, they looked short staffed.After nearly 45 minutes, I'm finally able to place my order but the server had to stop and check out the three customers ahead of me.When he did ask for my order, he starts fixing it but then tells me the restaurant is out of steak and that there won't be any until later in the evening. He offered some other kind of beef and, not wanting to waste an hour, I accepted the substitute.After watching my bowl sit idly for nearly five minutes, he came to the register, rang up my order, I handed him cash. He put the money in the drawer and closed the register without giving me change and proceeded to take the next order. It took another minute to get him back over to the register so that I could receive change.What's most upsetting is that my visit took an hour and I still didn't get what I wanted.As an aside, I heard the same server tell a lady who mightve been the third customer behind me that steak would be along in fifteen minutes. Why did he lie to me and say there wouldn't be any until later in the evening?This location really makes the entire franchise look horrible.This visit has been most unsettling.

Everyone I come here they are out of something. Anytime of the day. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I just don’t understand. Also the employees hold whole conversations while there is a long line and people are waiting. The service is so slow. For the most part, the workers are nice but not professional and this location is never stocked. I’ve come two days in a row and today they are only taking online orders because she said they have to catch up on orders!

While the food is fine, if you’re short staffed, close your online orders and take in person orders not the other way around. Now you have annoyed customers who come in and now have to sit there and go online to place an order for no reason when they are already in your restaraunt. Very poor customer service.

1PM on a weekday (April 3) with 5-6 employees present and two other customers and I were told they’re “only taking online orders at this time.” Eyeroll . I just left like the other folks in line rather than dealing with the hassle. Will not be back.

Wish I could give this place a Zero star for what I had to deal with tonight!! sat there an hour past my mobile order time to be completed. And it wasn't even that busy, but they were taking all walkins while ignoring us on mobile orders. refused to allow us to cancel the order, said they were coming and I still waited half an hour. then by the time they got to my order half the food was out. This place is ridiculous I eat here all the time and it just keeps getting worse and worse. tonight was it for me. I will NOT go here anymore. Employees need to be canned always rude and terrible at their job. too busy goofing off and playing.

Warner Robins Chipotle is dirty and in need of updating. Staff is always leisurely “working” . They are always out of basic ingredients. This place is miss managed and in need. Not worth what you pay.

This is the slowest I have ever seen . Everyone was standing around. Started to making my order They put the rice beans and chicken and then it just sit there I timed it and is was around 3 minute before someone touched it. There was and pile if garbage someone had swept up and just left it in middle of the floor. One lady was cussing because she had to work. There working area was nasty I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat hear. I’m tempted to call the health department

The food is okay. It’s what I come to expect from them. The customer service & environment is pretty tragic though. The staff hates being there. They all were like ??????. They are usually out of stuff, and tell you while making your order. I wouldn’t expect them to be jolly, but you can tell they don’t give a damn. Super dirty and unkempt. There were bugs on the floor (in the dining area), and the trash was falling out.

The staff were rude, supplies are always lacking, and service was painfully slow. It used to be a weekly outing for me, but after the string of incidents (30 minute waits, no rice or chicken, denying me a side order cup because they are for “mobile only”) I won't be returning. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

The dining room was filthy. The servers were rude and sloppy. The counters in the kitchen area were dirty. Trash was over flowing the trashcan. There were no forks. Workers said they ran out earlier. The womens bathroom was dirty. There was trash in the shrubs outside. The rice was ok the steak was dry. The rest was ok. This restaurant is a disgrace to your chain.

Not the worst, but not good either. The employees look like they don’t want to be there and usually the line moves slow. All the tables were dirty and some of the chairs look like they need to be replaced. There was no tea or lemonade available but at least the soda fountain was fine. The chips were over cooked and unseasoned. The chicken burrito was ok but for an $18 lunch, it should be better.

Do not go here I came 2 days ago to get a regular quesadilla with black beans and white rice they didn’t even have it. First when I walked in the said they didn’t have any meats or any white rice I had to get brown rice they were all out of food and you could only get meats if it was pick up or online they didn’t want to serve me at first but they did it because I was the only one there it’s dirty they never have food in less you catch them on a good day.

Absolute WORST Chipotle experience ever. I placed my order online, and received confirmation that it was ready and on the pickup shelf. WRONG! When arriving at the store no one greeted me. Instead I was welcomed in by if you’re ordering we dont have lettuce, sour cream, corn, fajita veggies & green salsa! Wow! Its 8:30 and store doesn't close until 11pm. While waiting 25 MINUTES for my order that should have been ready the line prep girl, had an extremely bad attitude and made sure she told everyone she was to take a break to go outside and smoke! Tossing food into bags. Slamming salad bowls her customer service was as disgusting as the food! And to think the taste of the food would compensate the terrible service. Sadly, wrong again! I ordered a toddler quesadilla that BURNED BADLY. So much so the black part of the burned tortilla was falling out of the aluminum foil !!!She could eat her food and I no longer wanted mine out of pure anger
