I was disappointed the ice machine was out and the employees were taking cups and dipping ice out of a bucket as well as all the sodas were flat. I felt it the building and employees attitudes could use a level 10 cleaning.

I tried to redeem my bonus reward for the Grande meal for $24.99. The app provided a QR code and said head to your nearest Church's to redeem. The workers couldn't or wouldn't use my QR code stating the meal wasn't found in their system. They only offered the chicken in store not the meal. I was told to order online! Church's need to fix this error.

Both restrooms are down, and I had to fight tooth and nail to get a cup of water to wash my hands outside the restaurant. Abysmal service, rude staff, charging for water, no restroom access, and broken tables that almost costed me a box of chicken. I'm not going back

We ordered through DoorDash so not really sure where to point the finger here. We ordered the 15 pc finger meal with 3 large sides. 2 of the sides were fine but the Mac n cheese was only half full and looked super overdone. They completely left out our biscuits which ARE MY FAVORITE PART. Tried calling the store and only got a “this voicemail is not set up yet” message. DoorDash ended up giving me a $14 credit for the missing food so I guess not a total loss but after spending over $80 for the food plus delivery and tip it was very disappointing when we missed out on the biscuits. Do better, Churches. We love you guys and really want to continue to give you our business but with the kind of $$ you are charging and not getting everything we pay for we can take it elsewhere and get better service for sure.

The best Church's in middle georgia. The staff will mess up at least one thing on your order and its expected cause you will get parked as they cook at least one thing in your order fresh. I promise, you should expect to wait and be happy to. There will be an renegade item such as the fried green bean when you ordered okra, that is okay also, its how you get samples. That honey biscuit will be on point, sweet tea will be better than your mommas and the strawberry fanta makes you think your in utopia. Give the staff grace, they been dealing with impatient hungry customers. But I promise after living in the area for 15 years and trying all the other locations, this is the best location that will deliver hot fresh food, with all the charm that a church's can deliver ever. And if by chance you and the staff have a moment, just blame yourself. Because they in there working hard, cooking smaller batches, in a locations that's been standing longer than time itself, lol.

Just got home after going through the drive thru! The chicken looked like it’s burned and the lady running the drive thru and the cook was fussing! This is why it’s so worth the drive to go to Fort Valley I will never go to this haute mess of a food place again!!!! Fort Valley would never!!!!

Dirty and run down location! Employees walk around the kitchen more invested in their cell phones than the customers, who are left standing around waiting to place their orders.

OMG u visted this place and I tell you the ladies that worked on 9/19/25 evening shift were respectful, pleasant, and enjoyable. I could only wish for this kinda service in Columbia, SC. I will definitely visit again on my next stay in Warner Robins, GA. You young ladies, be safe, be bless and keep doing what you are doing. Customer service, TOP TIER
