I initially thought of ordering the Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnabon, but built it because it was a little cheaper. The cashier acted like she was bothered. She was not welcoming at all. Her thank you was beyond dry. They should not have containers with no tops visible, when not being used. I literally drove straight home and sat the sweet up front, so they did not slide nor fall. My Cinnabon was a mess when I opened it. It was decent but I've had better. It appears to be some type of nut added to my order. I only had three ingredients: cream cheese topping, strawberries, and pie crumbs. I'm glad I didn't have an allergy. I won't be returning any time soon.

Omgggg!! I love this place! The cinnamon rolls are AMAZING! The brownies are as well, I just wish they had brownies with nuts. The atmosphere is quiet and quaint.. It smells like fresh baked cinnamon rolls (because they are fresh baked) 🥰Walking in just makes me a happy little phat girl🥰

Stopped by this place after work for the first time. I ordered the strawberry shortcake Cinnamon Roll and it was AMAZING. Everything tasted fresh and the atmosphere was nice as well. Customer service was top tier we had an amazing time and will be back!

I am a frequent customer, but today is horrible. I ordered to Cine bands both was old, they had a very bad smell to them and was cold, the young lady who works there seem very uncleaned. I will find another location but not this one.

While visiting from Michigan, we visited this Cinnaholic on 7.28.24. Server Ajino "AJ" handled the crowd perfectly. He was the only worker at the time. There were 2 orders before our party of 5, and 3 orders behind us. He apologized for the wait, confirmed each order was to our liking (light on the icing), and the wait was really not that bad. Shout out to AJ for his professionalism and great customer service!

I just tried a single cinnamon bun, without icing. I have a different type of texture in mind when I think of cinnamon buns. The dough is too thick/chewy for my taste, and not light. I also wish there was more cinnamon sugar filing. I will be trying the other items.

I just moved here from Arizona, and I’m so glad I live close to this place. I got the pecan roll and it was delicious. I am vegan and I haven’t had a cinnamon roll in a long time. This place is amazing and I can’t wait to try all their stuff lol

I’m from out of town and I tried a scoop of the cookie dough and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend! I also tried the banana bread and the cinnamon roll. They were delicious! Best service! I love the fact that you can customize anything to your own liking with so many different options for frostings and toppings! Will visit again when I’m back in town!

First time coming here last night. I ordered the old school cinnamon roll . I must say it tasted heavenly ? not too sweet and in my opinion way better than Cinnabon. Staff was friendly. I will definitely be coming back. I hope to have the same experience next time.
