We always go there , we are Big fans of cold stone but yesterday there was a Big Frozen Fly in my daughters ice-cream. He gave her another one But i didn't see if they washed the spatula and the mixing board .. We paid for the ice-cream and is not about the money is about cleanest.. I'm glad my daughter saw the Fly đȘ°. It was Mix in with the ice-cream. It was The Cheesecake ice-cream with strawberry đ .

I took my family to get some ice cream, and I witnessed the young man/teenage boy drop the ice cream scoop on to the floor, pick it up, dip it in the water that contains all the other scoops, and proceed to scoop our ice cream with it, which is absolutely disgusting. I told them I didn't want that ice cream and explained to the woman at the register, who I believe is his mother, what he had done. Honestly, he was way too comfortable doing that which only makes me believe this is not out of character for them.

Not a clean establishment at all. Very sloppy. Sticky ice cream everywhere. Will not be back. Threw my ice cream away after I got it. The candy in the jars are old and stale looking.

Not the best costumer service. They are in a hurry and forget about something as simple as smiling, and give you time to select your product without feeling rush.

I go in with my grandfather about once a month. Each time it is the same: my grandfather has points or an emailed reward. We go, order our ice cream, and go to pay. When we pay, the machine always says he has 44 points. This trip, we had a BOGO offer, which the owner REFUSED to let us use because we âDidnât have 50 pointsâ ( which doesnât matter because it doesnât need points to be used!!) I find it a little odd that each time we go in, the points amount is the same AND any rewards we do have we cannot redeem. VERY disappointed with our experience the past few months, and we will most likely not return.

The owner lady yelled at me bc I accidentally tried to use a gift card that wasnât for this store. And on top of that she threw it at me. The ice cream is excellent though.
