I love Coldstone!!!!! The ice cream is always great and top tier. Unfortunately, under new ownership—the customer service isn’t the best. I use the Coldstone app (because I’m a frequent go-er) and the owner’s wife would not honor my points. I asked her to look at her computer because their small kiosk said “You have two rewards!” I also attempted to show her on my phone. So my rating takes service into account because this is my favorite ice cream. There’s nothing bad I can say about the actual product. It’s unbelievably delicious, lactose intolerance and all. The issue is the level of service decline, most notably since the most recent management stepped in. Long story short, you’re going to spend a minimum of 25 minutes in line unless you’re like the only customer. The first time, I thought it was because they were short-staffed but...
