Every time we come to this location, we have a great experience. The food is good, orders are correct and the staff are friendly. Today, in particular, Dez was very kind and I was so impressed by her ability to hear orders through the dated speaker system and still make drinks, take payments, and work the drive through window simultaneously. She does it all with a smile on her face! The gentleman working the grill realized he gave me a wrong side and fixed it before I even got my food. I am always impressed with this Cookout and will always come back.

There was a bunch of kids working tonight. My nuggets were re-dropped and hard and burnt. My okra was re-dropped and hard. And so was my cheese bites. For gods sake there was no cheese in them. And everything was soggy with grease. There were several items missing from my order and my drinks had food particles in all of them. When there is a lot of young people on the shift, nothing goes right. And the cook is awfully lazy tonight. At almost 40 dollars it should have been cooked right and fresh. I go to this cookout all the time since the grand opening and never have I experienced service like this. Usually after one mess up I don't go back. But I'm hoping my next experience is not like this or it will be my last. DO BETTER COOKOUT‼️
