I’m just going to start off by saying that the food is great every-time. I came in one night and I didn’t get my okra in the bag and I paid for it. I told the cashier upfront and she went to go get a lady in a black collared shirt. She was heavyset and had a long ponytail. She came and told me she definitely put the okra in the bag and had an attitude. I overheard her saying that I probably ate it and she definitely put it in there and everyone was laughing. Now I’m no stickler but it was rude and I feel like her attitude can be so much better.

I had to repeat my order several time because she had earbuds in listening to music and not my order. Everything else was awesome.
It’s sad that every single part of a chili dog tray with onion rings and nuggets tastes like canned/prepackaged food. Fried nuggets look gelatinous and undercooked on the inside. Not entirely sure what I even ate here.

Everytime i visit this cookout, Maycie always gives the best service! I left my wallet at home and I didn’t have enough cash to pay with. She insisted on covering the rest of my total. She had a very positive attitude. Food was fresh & there wasn’t a long wait. Highly recommend this Cookout.

Got two wraps and a shake and ended up with one wrap and a shake. Shame on me I guesss cause now I need to check the bag every time. Cashier lady was sweet but failed to get my two wraps so that really sucks. Sonic is next door and so is Wendy's, don't waste your time and money.

Was surprised they were opened as late as it was. I just went through the drive through for a shake. Got the oreo mint shake and it was delicious service was fantastic and fast service.

Got off work and stopped by, got one thing which was a peanut butter fudge milkshake. While eating it saw something bright red in my milkshake. My milkshake is a white/brown, there’s nothing red in it. I took it out and I’m so grossed out right now. It looks like a bloody booger. Just IN MY MILKSHAKE. I’ve already taken a couple bites too before I uncovered it, I feel absolutely sick and nauseous. The staff was nice but getting off from a double, just wanting a milkshake, finding a bloody booger was just not it. Please look at your food before eating it, or find somewere else altogether!
