I went yesterday. All I ordered was a slaw dog and a milkshake. They gave me a plan hotdog with mustard. I drove back around and he gave me the same hotdog. Finally, they got it correct.
I stayed polite.
I am not sure what happened, but I have been sick every since.
Also, their food and shake presentation is always bad. They give you your shake with the cup dirty. Im over it. Shake running all down the cup.
I won't be back anytime soon.

After standing at the counter for 10 minutes being completely ignored we turned around walked out and had fabulous food and service at Steak and Shake.

The food was generally disappointing. The only positive aspect was that the burger seemed flame-broiled. The crinkle-cut fries were overly salty, and the chicken nuggets appeared store-bought and basic.

Ordered a two corn dog meal, asked the window if I had everything, they said yes. Drove 15 minutes home and there are no corn dogs. No way to call the location, just a national number that is not answered.

went to cookout today with big dreams and high hopes of getting two delicious floats. pulling into the drive-thru, arriving at the intercom i was perplexed by the screaming employee that was taking our order over the intercom. i specifically asked for the floats to only have a little ice cream. i get to the front window and realized i had two cups full of ice cream and a dash of coke on top. i politely asked them to remake it but i believe she just got the floats back and gave us the same ones. she had the nastiest attitude for no reason with very poor customer service.
