It's a milk shake always good. Just be careful they will bust the cup and hand it out the window anyway. They don't wipe the cup off either if they get milkshake all over it

Hot dog buns were vert dry, added slaw for .50 extra and it didn’t even cover 1/4 of the hotdog , got double side of onion rings and only got 5 rings!

Ordered a cheddar style burger for diner in cashier informed me that come with 2 sides or I can double on one, wich I choose onions rings. My order came with 8 rings. I mention to staff with indifferent attitude they say order was right. Expect only 4 rings with your regular order I guess. Poor customer service.

This is a great place to stop and eat. The burgers are nice and juicy. They have a variety of different sides that you can get, like fried okra, hush puppies, and french fries, that are all really good. For me, one of the best things about this place is the milkshakes!!! They have the best milkshakes.The Fudge banana milk shake is out of this world!! They have every flavor imaginable. I believe up to 36 flavors of milk shakes. I suggest you try one.

Walking in it was clean but the service was not great. The cashier took the order wrong and had an I don't care attitude as well as the food being cold and soggy. I do customer service and a smile and actually being nice goes a very long way will not be coming to this establishment again. So better your service is first impression.

That was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The young light skinned lady at the drive thru window was so rude as I was trying to place an order for four children and got an attitude complaining that she couldn’t hear what anyone was saying meanwhile the background inside sounded like there was a game at the stadium. I understand it is Christmas Eve, but if you can’t handle customer service then maybe you should be in the kitchen so you don’t have to deal with people. She went over our entire order and things were still missing. She just sat at the window looking at us and when she opened it we told her we were missing drinks. She handed them to us and got really smart saying sarcastically you have a great night and thanks for coming to cookout. We pulled off and we were still missing food so we had to get back in the long line, but when we got to the window there was a different person. I will never go back to this location again. I will starve before I return. Parents need to teach they’re children how to talk to others because no one was rude to the young lady at all.

We love going to Cook Out when we are traveling down south. We'd love if a Cook Out opened in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I especially love that they have scripture on their drink cups. The food is good. Simple. Affordable. They serve Cheerwine which is a cherry flavored soda that is amazing! Love!
