I guess they had an issue with the card reader. No communication to inform of what was going on, but 4 people huddled around a register methodically peering out the window at me as if to see how I was reacting. Manmerisms were completely different afterward; seemed extremely suspect. Been watching my card transactions ever since. Clear communication could've immediately cleared the confusion. Overall, this experience made me want to always carry cash.

have yet to experience a good cookout, the service is always terrible and the workers seem to not care. our order was wrong and food was forgotten. the only thing that is good is the milkshakes are a 10/10 👍

The experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I ordered a beef quesadilla with Cajun fries, but received a chicken quesadilla with a few near-burnt onions and plain fries instead. On top of that, the staff was rude and disrespectful, which made the situation even worse.
Additionally, on a previous visit, I noticed a small roach on the floor near my feet, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and safety at this location.
It’s clear from other recent reviews that these issues are not isolated. For over $36, the service, food quality, and overall environment were unacceptable. I hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously and makes the necessary improvements so future customers do not have the same experience.
