We waited at the host stand for 10 minutes and they were not busy at all. Several employees just looked at us and kept walking by. Once we were seated we waited over 45 minutes for our food and never even got one drink refill. Even after we waited for the food the steak was cold when she brought it. Definitely not worth $70 for two people.

Not as good as it used to be. Only biscuits I've ever had that tasted like fish. The french toast was burned as was the bacon. Plus I got no spoon!

We had ordered the Thanksgiving Family Feast. When we went to pick up at our designated time, they couldn't find it. It took nearly 20-30 mins. I started to fear we'd have no food fir Thanksgiving. We had traveled to see our children and didn't have the capacity to cook. They finally located it. Everyone was very nice, but that was stressful.

Ate here today with my husband, sister and my two littles. Our server was BREAHNNA and she was fantastic! We haven’t had such friendly and nice server in any restaurant like her in such a long time! She was fast, efficient and talked to us a lot!

Just what you'd expect from a Cracker Barrel. Pleasant staff and good food. We had a party of 7 for Thanksgiving dinner. This is the best way to have a family dinner on Thanksgiving.

First time visit at this location. Brianna was the waitress and she was very responsive and prompt.
It's been a couple years since I ate at a cracker barrel, and there have been some big changes since.
The gravy is changed. I used to get brown gravy with onions in it but that's not available, or maybe still on pork chop Tuesday. They also don't have Lima beans or cabbage anymore. The chicken fried chicken has a different batter on it too. Compared to many years ago.

I ordered my food to go. It said it would be ready by 4:50. I arrived to the restaurant at 4:55 and they said it wasn’t ready. I waited about 15 minutes then asked again. She said she would go check. She goes back and says it should already be up there. She realized it wasn’t up there so she went out back and came back a few minutes later and said they must have missed the ticket. I have now been here for 30 minutes and they have to put the order in so I’m waiting another 15 minutes. I left there at 5:40 with a sorry apology and the food was not even hot.

Cracker Barrel has really impressed me with the quality of food, menu variety and price. I used to only visit crack barrel and order breakfast. I will definitely be putting them in my dine out rotation because I don't know anywhere that I can get 4 full size pieces of chicken, two sides and a biscuit or cornbread for under $15. Last week it was Fish on Friday and again, 4 large pieces of fish, two sides and corn bread or biscuit for under $15.

My recent visit to Cracker Barrel was absolutely unacceptable. When my wife’s coffee arrived, we immediately noticed another woman’s lipstick clearly visible on the rim of the cup. My wife wasn’t wearing lipstick at all, so this wasn’t a smudge—it was someone else’s leftovers.

We waited several minutes for a waitress, even though multiple employees were standing around leaning against the wall near the kitchen, seemingly uninterested in serving customers. After being ignored long enough, I got up and carried the contaminated cup to an employee myself.

Instead of apologizing or taking the situation seriously, the woman I brought it to tried to joke that it “wasn’t my wife’s shade”—despite the fact that I had JUST told her my wife wasn’t wearing any lipstick. I wasn’t even remotely amused. This wasn’t a moment for jokes.

This is not just poor service or laziness. There is a biological health concern when you serve drinks in a dirty cup with someone else’s bodily residue still on it. It’s unsanitary, unprofessional, and shows a complete disregard for basic hygiene.

There is absolutely no excuse for this level of negligence. We will not be returning, and I sincerely hope management addresses their training, cleanliness standards, and overall attentiveness to customer safety.

15 min to order, 25 min to receive our food. Food was not even warm. Sausage was old and hard and couldn't even cut it with a fork.
