The food was good. Only issue I had was the cheese was not melted on the cheese burger. It looked like it was placed on the cold items. It was not touching the beef patty.

I came here for lunch for the first time at 12pm on 3/11/2026 and the young girl working the drive through had such a nasty attitude. This will be my first and last time eating here. I asked her to give me a moment before placing my order, as I was not familiar with the menu, after about 45 seconds of looking over it I knew what I wanted. For about 3 mins I called for her attention. After I finally get upset and yell “HELLLLLOOOO” she finally gets on the mic with a sassy tone saying “are you ready to order now?” As if me asking for a moment was such an inconvenience to her day. I replied “I been ready. I’ve been calling out to you for minutes” & she responds “well I was waiting on you”… how were you waiting on me and I told I was ready to order, said hello multiple times, and even said ma’am. These new age keeps lack basic customer service skils

Yesterday was my first time at Culver’s and it was such a great experience!! The food was hot and fresh and just so delicious! No other fast food nearby is like this. And the employees did a great job especially the girl who was my cashier, Anna was so respectful and made sure to help me out with decision making and was very patient!! She was so sweet and that was just so refreshing especially in fast food. I plan to come back as soon as possible!
