Quick service but my Blizzard was missing the lid that is normally on it. Kind of a mess by the time I got it back to the hotel. It was mixed all the way through though, compared to other locations that only seem to mix the top half.

Ate lunch here after granddaughters ballgame. Ms. Kay and team made it a pleasant meal. We were greeted in entering., given instructions to where everything was. Our meal was prepared timely and brought to our table. Bathroom was clean. Dining room spotless. When we went to discard our trash, Ms. Kay met me before I could and took it for us. All in all a very pleasant time. Go see for yourself.

Thought I would never say this about Dairy queen, but I had the worst experience at this restaurant! I tried to make an order via drive thru. when I get to the front of the line I mistakenly handed him the wrong card and it was declined. I told him to give me a second so I can give him the correct card he said "we prepared his food for nothing" and slammed the window in my face. I come to find out the person that slammed the window in my face was the manager himself by the name of Ali. I went inside and tried to talk to him and he did not try to have a conversation with him and said very rudely, "you should be prepared to pay for your food in an orderly time fashion"...

It is bad enough to get rude customer service from the employees but to get it from the manager himself for no reason is totally unacceptable! Definitely won't get my business or recommendation from this establishment ever again!

Great service and atmosphere, the food is really consistent which is good. Very rarely let down when enjoying ice cream/burgers, sometimes the fries seem a bit undercooked. But it could just be their style.
