I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 because the food is really good, workers are amazing, but the atmosphere is a bit bland.
Why have a pink chair to sit in, in the lobby, if your not allowed to have food while sitting in it. It's pretty silly.
You should know how much caffeine is in your caffeineted drinks, when I asked, yall could not tell me. Kind of dangerous. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
Also pay your workers a living wage so they don't have to beg for tips.

Overhyped. Line was crazy long and took at least 10 times to order. The cashier definitely didn’t want to be there or help us order being it was our first visit. Got a wedding cake iced coffee.. was meh and overpriced. It did have a beautiful atmosphere however, and I think it would be great for studying/working in. Also, the food LOOKED good but I didn’t get the chance to try it. Wish it had been better since others have had a good experience but can’t say I’d recommend.

I am obsessed with Decadent! The absolute best quality coffees with the most flavor choices I’ve ever seen. My lattes never taste burnt like from some national chains. Plus the service is always warm and friendly! And the desserts are also a nice bonus! Excited they are moving so there will be a drive through! Keep up the great work, you will always have my families business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The dessert tasted like a dry sponge covered in the cheapest chocolate imaginable—I've had better from a vending machine. On top of that, the staff was unbelievably rude, acting like serving customers was the worst part of their day. To make things even worse, the entire place reeked of fish. A dessert café that smells like a seafood market? No thanks. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I've lived here for a few years now, and this is one of my favorite places. I don't know what it is about this area, but I've tried the coffee shops people around here rave about a handful of times to give them a fair shot, and each time they've been so inconsistent, very mediocre, and service is very hit or miss. Decadent is the only shop that is always good- the service is always pleasant, the coffee is always perfect, I've never had an overly sweet drink or watery coffee here. They have fun unique flavors for each holiday, I've never been disappointed. I love their cakes and cannoli, too! The atmosphere is nice (although chairs are a bit uncomfortable lol) but being from the north where there are many amazing coffee shops, this one is the only one I've tried here that is always good.

Fridays are good vibes and getting work done at our favorite coffee shop! Its our go to spot for handling administrative tasks for our nonprofit organization, and the staff goes above and beyond. Super friendly, super helpful (especially since I never know what I want). I just ask for something hot with hazelnut in a mug, and they never miss.
The food? Top Tier.
The service? Impeccable.
The ambiance? Absolute perfection.
Grateful to have this spot to lock in and get things done. Oh, and the pet cupcakes? A must by every time!

They are getting ready to move across the street, but I enjoyed the space they are in on my first visit. Very inviting and tempting! Just try to stroll past the sweets and not drool!

My first visit was this evening and everything was lovely. The reviews did not lie. I ate the entire, huge slice of pumpkin cake before I pulled off! Lotus, perfect! Service- 100!
