There was almost NO sauce. It was disappointing. I notice I'm not the only one complaining about this. Seems like they would correct the problem after so many negative reviews.. Waste of time and money.

Placed an order to my apartment complex, however, their driver's seem to not be able to understand basic instructions and left the food at a completely different apartment at the other side of the complex.
I called to get support, and they had an attitude the entire call, no empathy, did not offer to have the order remade and redelivered, or at the minimum send the driver to retrieve the food and bring it to the correct location. I asked what they can do to support me - they rushing stated they will be issuing a refund and hung up the phone.
I've never experienced such a lack of customer care or support for a service/good i paid for. I do not reccomend ordering from this location.

So, we're in a hotel. The delivery person brought our pizza and pasta. No plates, no napkins, and there was barely any cheese on the pizza, even though we asked for extra cheese. What part of the Hotel address and Room number do you not get!!!!

Food never arrives on time which is crazy since the stores is only a 5 minute drive but they make delivery drivers wait to take an order out so they can have them deliver multiple orders at once.

I ordered on the app which is great and easy to do. My pizza was parm stuffed crust. It was so good and hot! My delivery driver, Tara is always so friendly. Love her!

Other customers were coming to order in front of me and they picked their oder up and less while I was waiting. My kids were hungry waiting. They were so unconsiderate... I asked to be refunded and left after waiting nearly 1 hr

I had an extremely awesome experience with Domino's Pizza today. The manager personally spoke with me and promptly fixed my order. Their kindness and patience were truly appreciated, and it made my day so much better. The customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling valued and satisfied. Highly recommend Domino's for their exceptional service!

Cant make a pizza even if you paid them for it. I mean come one. If I replace red sauce for bbq as a base I expect bbq on the pizza.
I order 2 pizza that came to my door burnt no sauce and cold no cheese I’ve never seen anything like this I sent them back with the driver and still trying to call the store, no one will answer I don’t want anymore pizza I will go else where.

Took over an hour and a half to deliver then it seemed like it had been sitting in a warmer for that whole time. I checked the status online and it never showed updates, so I called them to find out the status of my delivery. The AI automated phone system told me it was out for delivery. This is an hour after ordering. Waited another half hour. Then I called again. Got ahold of the store manager that told me it was out for delivery. It showed up right then. Yuck! It sat in a warmer and was disgusting tasting. I may never order my favorite pizza place again because of this!🤮

I did an online delivery order and wow did it get to me fast! The gentleman that delivered the food to me was John and was a very pleasant person to talk to and the food was delicious..10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to people in the area looking for fast service,friendly people and good pizza and pasta
