When you go to eat you expect a reasonable service for your money. Well, this isn’t that place. I ordered a chicken carbonara and it was very bland, hardly any sauce and really bad. I called and complained. I said I will return the product. The person said that they will give credit and add it to my account. When I went back to get the replacement, they refused citing that it is not in their system. Is it not their responsibility to provide proof of credit? How can I do it from my end? Very bad food service and very bad customer service. Please avoid this location if you can.

The person taking the order was at a call center and had trouble speaking English, a large pizza was the size of a small or medium in most other restaurants.And the drinks were incorrect.Disappointed to say the least. Will not be ordering from there again.

Dont waste your time and money. Twice now I've ordered on line only to try to call an hour later to find out what my order was "delayed" or not even in the oven. Or they just don't answer. If you can't fulfill orders, shut the orders down or call and let people know the situation.

Got the special of 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 ea, tasted like 7$ pizzas. There was no pizza sauce on the pizzas. They don’t answer their phones. I waited 15 minutes listening to their automated commercials 5 times before I hung up. Called corporate, you can’t speak to anyone because it’s all automated. Finally got thru to the store and spoke to the manager. Asked for corporates number and she put me through to an automated system. I actually think she hung up on me

Wife ordered 2 pizzas at 530pm. So much for 45 minutes delivery. The pizza was at "quality check" for an hour and a half. At 7pm it was still on "qualiry check." So i drove up there because the employees were not answering the phone for half an hour. I get up there people were waiting for their pizzas for over an hour. I asked for my delivery and where the pizza was, they could not produce the pizza. We could not wait any longer for food so I had to cancel the order and go across the street to McDonalds. Would never recommend this location. This will be the third time that either the order was messed up, missing items, or never delivered.
Ordered online, got there and waited 50 minutes. They were burning pizzas left and right. Got home everyone is starving, and we got burnt pizza. Think they should hire someone who can cook.

I have to agree with the current reviews on here. Literally the only thing good was the pizza! Took nearly 45 minutes for a pickup order that was requested car side but after they blew way past the “2 minute guarantee” I finally went in and retrieved my now cooling off pizza. Went home and the air fryer saved the day!

placed an order and they couldn’t deliver to me. idk why it would even let me place an order anyways. it has been 7 days since then and i still have not even got a refund. i call them and they give me the run around lol. this place is a joke i usually eat dominos all the time but i will never be back again to any of these stores and i will never give this franchise another dime of my hard earned money. it was a 75 dollar order with tip included. absolutely ridiculous and pathetic excuse of a place.
