Just throw the cold donut in the bag after handing the money, no napkins, no gloves. Gross. Just be aware, they do not care about food hygiene over here.

Love Dunkin's morning crew !! I have my 3 favorite employees here that I want to acknowledge for always providing excellent customer service with a smile and great personalities, but I don't know their names! When I get their names I will be back for an update to this review!! My iced caramel coffee is always made to perfection and delicious!

Great food and drinks, however the service will leave you more disappointed than the food makes up for. Going through drive thru, if you have more than one item to order, they’re going to sound like you’re a major burden on them, though this seems common amongst a lot of drive thrus these days.

Just Ordered 5 chocolate frosted and 1 coconut, halfway home my daughter went to grab a donut and we had received 5 what looks to be pumpkin. Wasnt a huge deal , simply turned around and they fixed it. BUT what was a big deal is that she took those 5 pumpkin and put them right back for someone else. They were not only my possession but I left in my car. Complete unsanitary!

This place never fails to disappoint. Two times in the past was in the drive thru when the same girl said they were out of chocolate frosted cake donuts only to go inside a see the requested donuts in the case. Girl got an attitude when I called her out and she told me I was cringing. Today I walked out after going inside and five people were apparently all attending the drive thru in some capacity and nobody was waiting on walk ins. This place is very poorly run.

Love this Dunkin. I just moved to WR and in less than 2 weeks the manager(?) aready knew my order. She's great. Im a regular 7 days a week in the morning and like half the week in the evening. Multiple employees have actually memorized my order by now and now actually, and not one has made me feel weird or like a nuisance for being such an iced coffee addict. And the best part, my coffee is perfect every time. 👌

Cappuccino was tepid, at best. I understand that cream is a major ingredient, but, like every other reputable coffee shop does, I would’ve expected it to be warmed or steamed.

I went in today after driving from up north. There was only one person in the restaurant. There were 5 workers behind the counter and No One greeted, or said please wait. Everyone was just walking back in forth attending the drive thru. I thought this was southern hospitality, but I was wrong. I took my business to Starbucks.

Waited 20 minutes for a coffeee and a bagel in the drive thru. Two workers were outside vaping and we had to go inside just for them to be on the counter the whole time. Think the employees are just really incompetent

They had really bad attitude and they had nothing that we wanted for our drinks and also they did not even greet is when we walked inside and when I wanted to change my drink they did not say anything but they gave me attitude.
