So the Dunkin Donuts located at: 3111 Watson Blvd Warner Robins, GA 31093 sold my child a stale donut. When I requested they replace it I was met with an attitude. When I requested the manager he never asked what the problem was or greeted me. He simply stated he was not giving a refund despite feeling how HARD to donut was. I explained I was not seeking a refund just a fresh replacement. He denied that request and slammed the window. I truly LOVE Dunkin however, this store will NEVER get my business again. I recommend checking your food before leaving or even better the Dunkin on Russell Parkway has the most professional staff and their donuts are FRESH… Normally I would not take the time to post this however, the combination lack of professionalism and quality their product made me feel obligated to inform fellow Dunkin customers.Have a Great Day

I ordered a coffee and it was made incorrectly. After they gave me a new drink and I drove off, I realized they had made the same drink as the first one. As I had an appointment to get to, I took my drink back a few hours later. The employee who finally came to the counter looking at her phone the entire time, didn't even speak to me. I asked if a manager was available and she said no. I told her what happened and she made me a new coffee. She did not offer an apology and when I picked up my drink, another employee walked over and one of them said that I needed to throw my original drink away. I told them that they could do whatever they wanted with that drink and started towards the exit. One of the employees yelled about that being cross contamination and they seemed incredulous that I would not throw away the cup, when they are being paid to work there and i was a paying customer. I will not patronize this franchise again!

Started out when I got the speaker. The young man says, what can I get you? As I told him what I wanted he then says yeah hold on. Didn’t come back till like 3 mins later. Then says could you repeat your order. As I was able to order proceeded to the pick up window. And nobody insight, So I waited & waited. Finally mins passed here’s come the guy hands me my bag which I ordered a glazed donut which was so hard and dried up. Like it’s been sitting all day. Then tells me to pull up for my iced coffee I’m like for an iced coffee? So I did. Which took absolutely forever to receive. So I asked him when he did bring it what took so long to make an iced coffee. He acted like he couldn’t say anything & turned around & walked off. Plus the coffee was so disgusting & had no flavor what’s so ever…. Horrible customer service!

Me and a frind went through drive thru which was not even busy and ordered 2 iced coffee's my friend got hers first but then they asked us to pull up for the second coffee. We did and sat there for about 10 minutes waiting on one coffee! Then they guy that took our order comes outside we saw that he had 5coffee's in his hand 4 of which were in a cupholder goes to the other car that was pulled up also and hands that car my 1 drink then comes to our car and trys to hand us the other 4 ?? I said that's not mine I had the single coffee so then he goes back to the other car and takes my coffee from them..gives them the correct order and then comes back to us and trys to give me back the coffee that was already in the other person's car. So I asked him to remake it I doubt he did. What I don't understand is if the other people in the other car knew that they ordered more than one coffee why not speak up ?? And for the guy to try and hand me a coffee that has been in the other person's car is disgusting!!

Employees looked like they were bothered by my presence. The person at the cashier box walked away and had to wait for someone else to take my order. Order my drink and they were on their phone while I waited for them to start making my drink. When it was made they placed it on the drive thru table. After several minutes someone else walked by and said there’s no orders for drive thru and whose drink it was. Terrible service!

This is by far the BEST dunkin location in the Middle Ga area. I stop by here every single day to get my daily run of Dunkin and the staff is ALWAYS top notch! Heather is so helpful and sweet and keeps this place running smoothly! If you’re in the area, stop by and see for yourself! ❤️

I love that they have dairy alternatives to their lattes. The pumpkin spice is awesome. The staff are very friendly and patient.The interior needs a bit of touching up. The cushioned seats have noticeable tears and are uninviting. The tables didn't seem wiped down from the last visitors to them, so I gave atmosphere 3 stars.
