Ive been down in this area for a couple of weeks for work and there are two Dunkin’s in the area. The one by my hotel isn’t great, the coffee was burnt, but this one is outstanding! The food is hot and tastes like it was cooked at home. The coffee always tastes just right. I wish I could pack this place up and bring it home with me when I go.

I placed an order in the app for a dozen donuts to pick up on my way to work at 6am. The order was ready when I arrived 10-15 minutes later. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I liked the music playing in the background, and it was playing at the perfect Goldilocks volume - not too soft, not too loud. I was in and out in about 2 minutes (maybe less), and I enjoyed a chocolate iced chocolate donut on the drive to work. It was so soft and fresh, and since the pickup was so quick, I had a stress-free drive and was still 10 minutes early. I've always been a Krispy Kreme person, but I might be a Dunkin convert now.

Got hashbrowns and half a dozen donuts. There are 6 little hashbrown rounds in the pack. It wasn't even half full. The sprinkle donuts didn't even have sprinkles on the whole thing.
Food was terrible waited in line for 20 minutes. And got it it was all wrong. Went inside to get what I ordered and they said it would be another 15 minutes to make 1 wake up wrap. There was no line at all and took that long. They charged me wrong too. The drink didn’t even taste right and the bagel bites were cooked so long there was no cream cheese and they were cold at the same time. Never going back.

I went thru drive thru to get a 1/2 dozen donuts. I asked them if they had any of the old fashion ones and they said they only had one. I asked for that one and 5 glazed. I went to the window and paid, they gave me the donuts. I drove off but something told me to check the donuts instead of waiting to get home. The old fashioned donut had a bite out of it. There was no one behind me and I hit reverse, the lady came to the window and I asked if she could replace the donut with a bite out if it with glazed and she said yes and took the box. How mind mind works, it just keeps getting angrier the more I think about it. So I just drove off, keep the $10, I will never eat at another Dunkin Donuts again.
