The young crew at the 96 location of Dunkin has a completely superior vibe of friendly interaction than other locations. They know my favorite orders and greet me by my name and I look forward to stopping there in the morning.

The FOOD👍🏽 the service.. ya gotta catch them at the right time, the right crew.. it's a hit or miss with the service. But when one does get the right crew matched with the food, its really good. Management need to step it up to train their people in consistant hospitality. Overall it's one of the better places to go drive thru

Person taking order was rude, only received 9/10 donuts that we ordered, & wake up wrap was so burnt that it was black. Oh and there were several small hairs in the bag. Unfortunate that we didn't check bag until back on highway. Do not recommend.

Ive been down in this area for a couple of weeks for work and there are two Dunkin’s in the area. The one by my hotel isn’t great, the coffee was burnt, but this one is outstanding! The food is hot and tastes like it was cooked at home. The coffee always tastes just right. I wish I could pack this place up and bring it home with me when I go.
