Second time in two weeks I went between 8-8:30 at night for donuts. Last week they threw them away instead of keeping them to sell.. today same thing. They had no more donuts at 8:25. Is it common to throw away donuts 30-40 min before closing? Seems wasteful and you’d think that would be the last thing they would do.

Attendant rolled her eyes at me for asking for a hot drink from the menu. After asking her three times if they could make it, she informed me that it takes a long time (she didn't want to do it). Ended up just getting some doughnuts and leaving, no drinks. That young lady doesn't need to be working in customer service job....
As a local business manager, it is sad this is what visitors to our city are exposed to and the opinion they are getting of us. Won't go back to this location again for a while....

I have tired this location mulitple times and they cannot get a simple espresso or coffee drink correct. Either too sweet, too milky, not enough flavor, etc. Other DD locations in Warner Robins get the order right every time.

Staff was friendly and order was filled quickly once we ordered. One issue was that there were a lot of customers but not enough staff to help customers, so getting to order took a while.

Those children working in there need more professionalism and need to stop being so up tight that they talk bad about the customer right in their face. (all because of my appearance) It'd pretty sad and yall need to do better!

Ordered two sprinkled donuts. They were left over from Halloween. Had the Halloween sprinkles on them. So soggy that they were inedible. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts. Next time, if i go back, I will check my order before I leave. Learned a lesson!
