UPDATE 1/1/26: Sonya’s customer service is/was excellent despite the long line and merging issues I wrote about previously.

I’ve tried to give Dutch Bros chance after chance. They did good for a little while when they first opened and had help from out of state. Now, the line is ridiculous AND no one is monitoring to keep track of who was actually first in the line before others so I’ve ended up waiting even longer for my drink because there is only 1 person in the drive thru. Additionally, it doesn’t matter what coffee drink I get, they all taste the same. For me, the coffee is subpar; however, the matcha is consistently good.

Ordered, waited. Other patrons came and ordered, they got theirs. Still waiting... Lady that took our order made eye contact a few times during this oh about 15 minute. wait, still no hey sorry order was misplaced or some explanation a different girl gave us our order I guess to save embarassment. Own up to a mistake don't just pass it off. Also drink was bad not sure if hastily made or just wasn't a good pick for me.

While Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee place -- watch when ordering gift cards. My son got TRIPLE CHARGED for a gift card. Waited to see if would just fall off an extra pending charge...actually cleared the bank. Called DB corporate - said it was a malfunction on their gift card process and happened to everyone that ordered a gift card that particular day and they would refund but it was taking a while. I realize glitches happens but they have taken extra money out of someone's bank account and should move a tad bit faster in remedying the situation.

I googled this location which was close to my hotel. I gave them a try and I am so glad I found this location. I was there 3 days. The staff was excellent, personable, efficient and caring. I was in town from Detroit for a funeral. However, interacting with your staff brought a smile to my face all 3 days. I would highly recommend this location to any coffee drinkers living or traveling in Warner Robins.

Every time I come here, they have two lanes but unfortunately only 1 person is taking orders outside. If you go to the lane that's far left and someone goes into the right lane and you have been sitting there for 10 mins waiting its unfair they get to cut in front of u and they waited way less time. I get that they have two lanes open to reduce traffic but its not fair to people who were waiting way longer to not make it fast and efficient. Should have an employee working each lane

I just moved here from California and was exited to see they had just got a Dutch bros. But you guys need to get it together. These kids working are doing the best they can. But I cannot believe the lack of organization and dysfunction. I’ve never in my life waited that long for one drink. Even when I’ve had my four kids and husband we spent less time waiting for our drinks. You guys just need to find the vibe I guess. But come on management you can’t be having these kids overwhelmed. Do better. My stars are for the staff because I can see they’re doing their best.

AMAZINGG i went here on a sunday, 12:45 probably (october 26) and i didn't see the the workers names but they were all SO SWEET. the girl taking our order was literally just so nice and paitient, the girl making our drinks made small talk and was again super sweet, and the girl giving us our drinks was again so sweet. she asked about my book and they all seem like they genuinely care. i got the annhialator freeze idk how to spell it but it was AMAZING i 100% reccomend! we don't have many where i live so every time we travel i have to come. so worth it and a good price as well!
