Firehouse Subs Russell Pkwy

I'm glad that I came in today. Due to bad customer service from a previous experience; I have not visited this facility for a while. However today, thanks to John and the awesome staff, I will return. They have GREAT customer service and the food is amazing!

Ok this "rating" is ONLY for this visit. Normally this is pretty good food. But this time however I was a little taken aback. I ordered the "bowl" of chili, and i when we got back to the office there was this little cup like what you put ice cream in at one of the local shops. THIS tiny little 4-5 OZ (i 'm guessing) is the BOWL which cost almost $5. this is the 1st time I've ever felt ripped off by Firehouse. I'll still go for the subs but if I want soup or something I'll got to Wendy's or make my own.

This was once my wife and I favorite place to eat. Now the staff look like they just came straight off the street! Morning do not go in their bathroom. Our favorite sub was the engineer sub. When was the original engineer in the other one was shavings of meat. Lol, this place has gone down dramatically. I really wish I gave them my card instead of cash. We will never eat there again. Even I can stomach my wife's shaved meat sub. We are done. Please be safe family and friends.

I went to the store 10 mins before closing only for the gentleman to state they were closed and refused to serve me. Went on a separate time after ordering DoorDash pickup and the lady was rude. Do not recommend based upon the service that is provided at this location.

Food has gone down, used to be better years ago. Now I feel like the effort isn't there. And the food comes out soggy more than naught. Good atmosphere and service though.

I go here once a week seen there was a new lady at the register yesterday. I said I haven’t seen you before and she stated she was the new manager. She was so sweet and brought such good energy into the store. I will be back. Thank you

On March 16th 2024 at 3pm, I went to Firehouse Subs on Russell Pkwy and the door was locked with one customer inside. After waiting about 2 minutes outside, an employee approached the door and stated ' we are open but just tired. There were only two employees there. This is not the first time this has happened. Firehouse use to be my favorite place but this behavior has happened at each Warner Robins store over the last year. I will not shop at any FH store ever again. Bad service and apparently they don't care about their customers. Overall decline in service across the board.

Just fyi if you go to this or the Lake Joy one, make sure to go behind the counter yourself and put the extra meat on there or you won’t get it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO I GET A SANDWICH THAT LOOK ANOREXIC, after paying extra for meat.. anytime I have actually gotten the extra meat my sandwich is fat! This is ridiculous. If you don’t have the ingredients or something just say that but don’t make people pay for something that you keep leaving off..

It happens to the best of restaurants: the kitchen has a meltdown. I waited almost 40 minutes for my sandwich; however, despite this, the sandwich was delicious, the service friendly, and the restaurant full.There appeared to be a manager training behind the counter, so perhaps that was the reason for the delay. Soon, sandwiches will be out faster, I'm sure.So sure that despite my initial response "well, I won't do THIS again", after having my meal, I absolutely WILL do that again!
