I ordered through the Firehouse app and they didn’t have an item I ordered. Initially the staff person wasn’t even going to tell me until I asked about it. They blithely replied to get a refund from DoorDash. I replied I ordered from the store app. A second employee stated he wasn’t authorized to refund for I item I paid for but did not receive and I had to go through the Firehouse app. Firehouse corporate responded they can not refund, only the individual store can. Employees blatantly lied.

Website and door says closes at 9. It’s 8 and they’re closed now.

Went back 2/6. Just wow. First of all the guy with the gold glasses is so rude I can't believe he has a job there. I ordered 2 subs and after 20 mins they gave me my order with one. Waiting for my second one which I got pretty quickly but upon coming home the second one is completely wrong. They were also out of multiple ingredients. Someone needs to come revamp this place. Terrible.

This Firehouse used to be good(food and service) however something has happened. Went tonite(2/4/25) with 2 friends. We ordered 3 subs, our in person order was taken at 6:28pm, at 7:13pm still no subs. Went to the counter to ask about our order and 1 of the male employees behind the counter asked “who are you looking at” to me. I told him I was looking at him. 1 of the other employees told him to go to the back. The remaining 2 employees jumped on our order and got our subs made. Sadly 1 of our subs was entered incorrectly and I asked for a refund. The employee had to call his GM to get approval to give refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Extremely poor service!

2 separate incidents of my online order not being bad before or after I arrive. Even if I wait for every customer to be served. They just serve the new people that come in. Get comfortable, this is the only job you will ever have

It's pretty sad when you can't give someone the stuff they pay for. Especially when it tells you right in front of your face. I have yet to go here and it actually be good. I gave them enough chances before I left them a horrible review. Take my advice and just don't go here

Ordered an Italian salad replacing green bell peppers with banana peppers and olives but received a grilled chicken salad with no salami, no tomatoes, very little cheese, few olives, few banana peppers. Had waited 30 minutes for my order to be incorrect. Then went back in to get salami and was not acknowledged and waited another 10 minutes just to get salami but would have had to wait longer to get my money back. Didn't want to think how long it would have taken to get salad remade.

Two out of three subs where missing ingredients and wasnt filled like it normally is. I had one large sub that was missing a 1/4 of meat off the sub. the third sub had to much Condements that the bread was so soggy that it was leaking from the bread when we made it home in 10 mins service was great but the food destroyed it all together.

Good food, but they mess up your order. Can't even call the store to tell them because the phone number doesn't work. Make sure you get your receipt because they will argue with you.

Last time we'll go to this Firehouse.
We thought we'd give them another change because last time we were there we waited nearly an hour for our subs. This time we waited 50 minutes. Better but there are other sub shops that actually have staff to wait on customers.

If you know you're backed up with a huge call in order at least have the decency to tell people that there will be a wait. Very disrespectful.

I had a back and forth between this firehouse and uber eats. In which a product was not available after ordering and to either change or cancel the order, uber told me I needed to contact the restaurant. I was informed that the firehouse restaurant could not change or cancel an uber eats order nor do they receive customer's contact information to let us know if there is an issue with our order. Although this is very much on uber eats to set this right, one of the owners of firehouse Drew Carter reached out and generously comped our meals after hearing our experience. We are very appreciative of his customer service!
