I don't normally leave reviews because I am pretty laid back and easy to please. The atmosphere was great but the food and service were both lacking. I don't know my server's name because she never introduced herself nor did she ever ask if everything was ok. I was hoping she would ask if everything was ok food was overcooked and oysters were embarrassingly empty. Just not a good experience for our party of four and both couples were in agreement. It would be difficult for me to recommend for the price.

Unreal how expensive this place is considering how subpar the service is. Party of 6 and the place was not crowded, we sat for 10 minutes before someone brought us waters and told us they don't know who our waitress is. Then another few minutes go by and someone shows up with no introduction. Took 10 minutes to get wine and beer. Another few minutes for bread. Very nice atmosphere and beautiful building. Cheap printed off menus on a sheet of paper not up to standard with the price of food. The food is good. Excellent chicken parm.

The service, while very friendly was very poor. Food was fine.Took 40 minutes to get a glass of water refilled and bottle of wine. Apparently they didn't have any clean wine glasses...Food didn't arrive for an hour and a half.Appetizer came out lukewarm at best after it went to multiple other tables because they didn't know who ordered it.We were there for 2 and 1/2 hours and I only got one refill of water.

My husband and I went to dinner on March 7,2024. It was approximately 25-30 minutes prior to closing and when we walked in a server said from the kitchen doors, “You’ve got to be kidding me!” And looked at us with disgust. The hostess seated us and when our server arrived it was the same lady that was upset that we were there. We felt very uncomfortable and we felt rushed. We ordered our food and wine immediately and shortly after, asked for togo boxes and our check. We did not eat our meal in the restaurant. Her name is Joanna and her customer service on this night was disappointing. It does not represent the service that we are used to when we dine here. Joanna could benefit from training with the other team members who serve your customers
