Our waiter helped us out great and didn't hesitate. Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn't pleasant. The other waitress was just sitting off to the side criticizing the other waitress just to make herself look good. The Manager here doesn't have any manners in regards to helping his employees. Got onto one the waiter right beside us and was very rude. And the waiter explained his reasoning for doing what he did and was going to get it to take it to the back and he just made him feel stupid out loud in front of everyone. Just a very unhealthy atmosphere.

The food was fantastic aside from the toast. It was a bit stale. Our server though stood in the kitchen area the entire time. It wasn't busy so we could hear every single curse word being said in the kitchen. Blanca brought us our food in a timely manner which was a lot of food, but didn't refill my drink until I was finished and ready to go.

Food great! But the atmosphere was crazy unorganized chaotic and weird. No one was on the same page and I could tell who was who and I don’t think they could either. But once we sat down our food was great and they redeemed them selves at the end.

I placed an online order and didn’t get my food nor a refund. It said the food would be ready at 8:56pm I arrived at 9pm but a paper on the window saying their closed early due to maintenance. There are still employees in the restaurant so i decided to call several times but they just pick up then hang up. I just would like my refund please.
I found a roach egg pressed under my pancake before I put it in my mouth to take a bite. When I called. The waiter didn’t seem shocked as if they had this problem before. Then offered to exchange it.. Why would I eat somewhere that has a roach egg on the pancakes?! He refunded my food only but my family threw their food away and didn’t get refunded for it… disgusting and I’m sick to my stomach! I’m extremely disgusted and now one of my family members say their throat feels funny..
