Food is always good, although this time the biscuit was the worst biscuit ever... because they had them just sitting in the oven they were baked in... did an online order at 6:35 to be ready at 6:50 got there and didn't get it until 7:15... girl behind the counter said she was sick of mobile orders... guess that's why it took so long... i probably won't go back and i had been a really good customer!

Valentine's Day and they didn't have any green beans or coleslaw but the heart shaped biscuits were cute. also always need to check the order they always seem to put the wrong gravy on the country fried steak. They were pretty good when first opened but have stared to go down hill lately.

Me and my parents came for lunch today. My mom ask no ketch up or mustard on her sandwiches due to having thyroid cancer. When she got her her sandwiches they had mustard on them. The cashier started laughing in my mom's face because she can't have mustard or ketchup on her sandwich. Very very unprofessional. On top of that the manager started making excuses for her saying she wasn't laughing. When she wants even there. Poor excuse for staff to laugh at a customer's medical problem and nothing's done about it. We will not be back.
Lady at the window was very rude. I said thank you and she looked at me like I had four eyes. She needs to learn some manners no wonder your rating is 3.1.

The good: The pancakes I got were still warm, even after taking awhile to get them (more on that later) were cakelike and not rubbery, and the side of bacon was VERY generous and not super-fatty. There were two syrup containers served with it but no butter (but you can ask for that.) The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese wrap had a soft, pliable tortilla, perfect eggs, melty cheese, and solid but not spicy breakfast sausage. These are humble ingredients prepared very well. The dining area was incredibly clean, warm, and spacious. The bad: Went with decaf coffee since they hadn't brewed any regular by the time I got my order at 6:15. It was Leeroy Brown levels of bad. The ugly: The service. And not the whole staff, with two call-ins and a stressed manager. I was thinking about an early breakfast, and their online menu wouldn't let me order til after 5, the hour they are open at according to their website, on Google, and on THEIR DOORS. Ordered at 5:40, showed up at 5:50 on foot. Nope, doors locked. Plenty of cars in drive-thru so I call to see if maybe I can just walk up to the window to get my food. Get yelled at coz they don't open til 6. Hey, I get your stressed. I'll just hang outside in thirty degrees until you unlock your doors. Guess that wasn't enough punishment for calling them, they proceeded to serve the 10 customers ahead of me as I hang out in the mobile food pickup corner of shame. 6:15 I get my 5:40 order. I'll go to Taco Bell on Lake Joy if I want this kind of pettiness with my fast food, thanks! Young lady that kindly asked me about my coffee, you're better than the rest of your crew, happy new year to you and yours.

The breakfast is good but man they can not be consistent with the hash browns. They are most of the time greasy and hard as a rock or rubbery. Multiple times now I’ve had to throw away the hash browns bc they are not edible. Easily the worst cooked hash browns in town. Everything else is fine but this is probably the 10th time for this….
