This Jack's struggles each time I come here. There's been times I've gone through the drive through and found things missing in my order, to see the same drive through people smoking our front when I go back. Also the people taking orders don't articulate In a clear manner ab And it's difficult to have a conversation over the order speaker. Also. The two order lines is just for visual, as they simply alternate between lines and don't have two people taking orders at the same time to speed up the process. They do give a military discount if you have a valid military ID, so I'm very appreciative of that.

We just moved here from California and I just have to say I appreciate the service and food here. The woman who helped me about a week and a half ago was such a sweetheart. She was so patient with me while taking my order, as I was new to the menu and even suggested I could substitute my eggs for hash browns. Thank you so much ma’am and thank you to the chef as well, he was kind and did an amazing job. Great food and even better customer service.

My husband and I started coming for fast here last week extremely affordable, very filling..love the biscuits and gravy..BUT this Mgr with short gray hair was here never seen here before and was hostile not welcoming at all..employees were awesome

Delicious, fresh, and hot every time! The 2 piece chicken dinner is my fave. It's delicious and very affordable! You can't find this deal anywhere else. My next visit will be for breakfast. The biscuits are sooo good! Great customer service too!

On July 28th I entered jacks on Houston lake road at 5:40 in the morning and they open at 5, first I stood there for a good bit of time before anyone even acknowledged i was in the store beside a quick glance by the person that walked in front of me on her way to the drive thru window. Then she finally asked the manager, im assuming by the different colored shirt than the rest, to come take my order. She was in the back but in clear sight and she seemed bothered to have to come up to do it. But before she got there another employee came out to take my order, simple, a steak,egg and cheese biscuit meal to go. Well the guy back there half-assed even wrapped the biscuit in the paper, tossed the hash browns in the bag and then just tossed the bag on the counter a d walked away. So I was already ready to say something but just left. I walked out to my vehicle and began to pull away and went to pull out a hash brown to start eating and when I tell you they were cold is an understatement. They felt like they had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. Not even warm, cold. The biscuit was barely put together. Just a total lack of customer service or and sort of pride in representing the company they work for. I heard a lot of good things about jacks before they opened but I personally have never been pleased with the one in Warner Robins.
We went to the Warner Robins Ga location for lunch and Patrick took our order. He was amazing, personable and all around a joy to be around . He made you feel welcomed and like you were part of the family. The service was fast and efficient and the food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back.

Soooo, i posted the receipt of the cashier though the lady at window who was on shift who was licking her fingers as she took my money wasnt the one who prepared the bag but the young man who brought the bag over did and i did check to make sure both items were in there and when i got home..... wheres the gravy legit.... ive never had any other food from jacks. Since pregnant i literally go there for potatoes and gravy as a craving and ive never once recieved almost empty gravy.... especially for a large potato i normally have soem left by time potatoes are eaten and today theres enough for a serving and a half so no i didnt drive back to compain but this is truly absurd and u can tell there was more in there at one point its up the sides of the container so where did it go......???
