We stood in line with the other customers waiting to place their orders for about 7 minutes. There were still 5 customers in front of us when they started talking among themselves about what the cashier had said to the woman at the front of the line. It finally trickled back to us as others in front of us were leaving that they announced that they were not serving breakfast anymore. This was at 10:45 and they advertise that breakfast is served til 11:00! Well, we also left and had a great breakfast at Bojangles!1/8/23 - Cashier rang up wrong price and when we pointed it out she never said another word but reluctantly gave us back the couple of dollars that she had overcharged us. Every table was dirty also.4/7/24- Young fellow checked us out quickly and accurately and even brought our food to us when ready and it was tasty.

I ordered in the drive thru on 3/20/2024 at 6:10 PM. When I arrived at the pickup window, they did not have my order. Then a lady came to the window and said oh I took the order but I forgot to enter it. I was told to pull up and wait for my chicken sandwich. I waited 12 minutes and call the store and the person that answered the phone asked about my sandwich and they said oh it’s been ready. The individual that answered the phone whispered something and then she came back and said oh it’s ready hot and fresh. When she bought my order. She told me that she had added some french fries. She actually added french fries and a fried strawberry fried pie, which I do not eat. My chicken sandwich was cold and brown looking on the inside. I will not be going back!

I normally do not care for pancakes because to me it tastes like soggy bread BUT Jack's pancakes are the exception. They are so good, soft and buttery. The bacon is cooked how grandma cooks it and I only paid $5. It comes as a stack of 3 pancakes with 3 slices of bacon.

Store hours are inconsistent with website. Website stated they were open 5 to 10. Went to drive through to place an order. And the individuals stated they did not open until six on sunday. I explained that it was Not what their website said. Bad business in my opinion.

We were here opening day. Even though they were slammed, they got our order out hot, quickly, and correctly. We will be regular patrons... you can count on it m----------WOW... have things changed. Nasty, nasty, nasty, and nastier. Look at the grill. It's enough to make you puke. They should fire every employee. Every single one.

Honestly I'm shocked by how bad this place is. The completely messed up my order, the milkshakes were 100% melted when they handed them to me, and the food was incorrect and poorly made. Do yourself a favor if your reading this, go somewhere else, this place is awful and I wish I had red reviews before going. And whoever is replying to these messages, an apology won't make me come back, nor should anyone go back.
