I eat a lot of subs/sandwiches, and this is a great place. I work nearby, so I eat here often; they never disappoint. ?

I went into the Jersey Mike’s on Watson and noticed the assistant manager (unknown at the time) with a nasty look on her face. I decided to ignore it and went to pick up a DoorDash order. As I was about to leave, she suddenly caught an attitude because I didn’t show her the confirmed order directly. I told her it was already confirmed, but she decided to argue with me. I told her that if this is an issue, the managers should train their employees to do what they’re supposed to do!

After dropping off the order, I went back to the store because I felt I DESERVED an apology. When I returned, the employee and another worker were no longer there, and the store was short-staffed. The manager seemed to recognize who I was and caught an attitude herself when I asked for the owner’s number. I told her directly that her behavior was unacceptable.

I’m not trying to get anyone fired, but that type of service is unacceptable! If you don’t like your job, keep that issue at the door. The fact that this was my first visit and I never had a problem with Jersey Mike’s, avoid this store and get a better experience at the one on Hwy 96 which I have been to and loved thanks to the owner years ago.

Spent $20 on 2 subs and they gave me raw rosemary bread. Very expensive for such a silly mistake.

We walked in and said hello and greeted the staff asking them how they were doing and they both looked at each other and laughed and looked back at us. Which was weird because we are normal people. We said thank you for everything and not a single “you’re welcome” or goodbye. The sandwich was fresh and that really was only the positive experience. It definitely felt that we were judged and laughed at because we were “too friendly”. Or due to the fact the two of us were a different race than the rest of the staff. Really uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Staff are always just average. Visit before this one, I had to repeat the order to the young lady on the register multiple times and she still charged the wrong one. I caught the price difference and questioned it, after a couple more times she got it right. Most recent visit the young man working toppings legit wiped his beard with his gloves on, then proceeded to make my sandwich without changing them and no one batted an eye. I don’t expect award winning service from a fast food place, but I DO expect them to practice proper hygiene. The sandwiches keep me coming back, so there’s that

Today at around noon we went in to get lunch. I have Celiac Disease, so my options for eating out are extremely limited, and honestly a genuine risk to my health every time. I hate going during busy times and try to avoid going if possible because the GF Protocol tends to hold up the line, but today we couldn't avoid doing so.I feel terrible because I cannot remember her name, however the manager today (very kind, shorter, woman of color) was wonderful. She followed the GF protocol to a T, made everyone change gloves, cleaned the prep station, and prepared the sandwich for the most part herself. I felt very safe and we really enjoyed the sandwich.Folks complain about price but they obviously do not have to eat Gluten Free because Lord is that EXPENSIVE. I am very happy with the price due to the amazing customer service we always receive. Having the gluten free bread is a godsend and I appreciate the option so much. We had our Giant cut in thirds and for $22+tip we fed three happy gluten intolerant/Celiac people. Will be back!

Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac Disease and the manager took that very seriously.

As a Philly native, these cheesesteaks are a BIG JOKE. Laughable! I understand that it is the South, but paying $10 for a half “PHILLY” cheesesteak is INSANE. I go in and order 2 “Regular” cheesesteak with fried onions. When my food was ready, I looked in the bag to find 2 half cheesesteaks. I thought that they misheard my order. So I returned to the cashier and informed them that I expected my cheesesteak to be 1 whole. And I am missing another cheesesteak. That is when they let me know that a “Regular” is basically a 16” roll cut in half and only the 1 half is sold for $10. That blew my mind! The entire 16” roll(Giant) of cheesesteak was $20. A total rip off and the people in the community is going for it. The various bread rolls are creative but definitely not Philly. In Philly, a regular PHILLY cheesesteak is 16”- all yours. And yes the price for a 16” cheesesteak is roughly $10-$12. If you get a “Belly Filler” “Extra Large”, then you will spend roughly $22-$24 for a 24” cheesesteak that will feed 4 people. I’m going off my FAVORITE CHEESESTEAK PLACE IN PHILLY- LARRY’S. Oh’ and the poppy store sell 16” cheesesteaks for $6. All of PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS ARE ON AMOROSO ROLLS.The steak is good but not worth the price. They should drop “Philly” off of their menu language, because nothing about it is Philly. If you plan to visit Philly, this is how you order a cheesesteak:A cheesesteakMayoSaltPepperKetchupFried Onions*DO NOT TOAST MY BREAD

If I could no star I would. I entered the store and felt weak and dizzy. I sat in a chair nearest to the counter place my sub order. The first guy I told I was weak, but was still able to place the sub type & bread. The second lady advised me to come to the glass, I mentioned to her I was weak & can I order from where I was, but she insisted on me getting up to order. I argued back with her on how I was feeling & didn't feel good enough to come, she continued to the point to come to the glass, I said I was going to call corporate, she advised me to do so, stated she was the assistant manager, my response I can say the one without teeth, then I told her then she should have some compassion. She advised me to get out of the store, I got up still dizzy walked out, and told her my money was green & it could be spent anywhere. I felt attacked for something I couldn't control I was weak and needed to eat. I chose Jersey Mike's because there isn't much I can eat. I recommend this lady to no longer represent Jersey Mike's.
