Hands down Jersey Mikes (10) is the best sub shop compared to Jimmy John's(1), Subway (3) and Firehouse subs (9) Don't get me wrong now I lovvveeee me some Hook and Ladder from firehouse subs but Jersey Mike's can get my money anytime, anyday, all dayđ¤đ˝đ¤đ˝đ¤đ˝My family HAVE to go get a jersey mikes at least once a week.... The service was excellent, the employees was so professional and the wait time for our subs was at a great time.... The restaurant was clean and if I could give 100 stars I would....

Wanted to make my sandwiches and she had on a wig or hair no neck, no hat her hair slinging out her face I asked because the other young lady who dressed presentable make my sandwich and she told me no and she was very disrespectful. Do you want a sandwich or you donât so I left and I didnât want it Why would I want a sandwich made by somebody that could put her hair in my food

Monday sept 16 went to this location at 245. Staff super unfriendly one young lady with purple half of which was in her face just hanging. The other lady preparing wasnât much better!! We felt as if they were pissed off that we were even there!! Not a great atmosphere at all better get this place it check. By the way the manager that is normally there was not âŚ. Sheâs the BEST !!

I went into the Jersey Mikeâs on Watson and noticed the assistant manager (unknown at the time) with a nasty look on her face. I decided to ignore it and went to pick up a DoorDash order. As I was about to leave, she suddenly caught an attitude because I didnât show her the confirmed order directly. I told her it was already confirmed, but she decided to argue with me. I told her that if this is an issue, the managers should train their employees to do what theyâre supposed to do!
After dropping off the order, I went back to the store because I felt I DESERVED an apology. When I returned, the employee and another worker were no longer there, and the store was short-staffed. The manager seemed to recognize who I was and caught an attitude herself when I asked for the ownerâs number. I told her directly that her behavior was unacceptable.
Iâm not trying to get anyone fired, but that type of service is unacceptable! If you donât like your job, keep that issue at the door. The fact that this was my first visit and I never had a problem with Jersey Mikeâs, avoid this store and get a better experience at the one on Hwy 96 which I have been to and loved thanks to the owner years ago.

Spent $20 on 2 subs and they gave me raw rosemary bread. Very expensive for such a silly mistake.

We walked in and said hello and greeted the staff asking them how they were doing and they both looked at each other and laughed and looked back at us. Which was weird because we are normal people. We said thank you for everything and not a single âyouâre welcomeâ or goodbye. The sandwich was fresh and that really was only the positive experience. It definitely felt that we were judged and laughed at because we were âtoo friendlyâ. Or due to the fact the two of us were a different race than the rest of the staff. Really uncomfortable and unprofessional.

We walked in and said hello and greeted the staff asking them how they were doing and they both looked at each other and laughed and looked back at us. Which was weird because we are normal people. We said thank you for everything and not a single âyouâre welcomeâ or goodbye. The sandwich was fresh and that really was only the positive experience. It definitely felt that we were judged and laughed at because we were âtoo friendlyâ. Or due to the fact the two of us were a different race than the rest of the staff. Really uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Staff are always just average. Visit before this one, I had to repeat the order to the young lady on the register multiple times and she still charged the wrong one. I caught the price difference and questioned it, after a couple more times she got it right. Most recent visit the young man working toppings legit wiped his beard with his gloves on, then proceeded to make my sandwich without changing them and no one batted an eye. I donât expect award winning service from a fast food place, but I DO expect them to practice proper hygiene. The sandwiches keep me coming back, so thereâs that
