5 months pregnant and ordered a ham sub! Got home to eat it and the bread was SO hard, the top part crumbled off! Called back to see what they could do and the manager said nothing.. that their bread is freshly cooked everyday as if it was impossible to have bread from hours earlier.. so I guess it’s my fault the bread is hard and crumbling! I know things happens but I expected better customer service from the manager! Been eating Jersey Mike’s for years and this is the 1st time I’ve ever eaten hard bread! She was so cold hearted and unremorsefil. I’m so disappointed.

It may not be the best ever but "The Big Kahuna" Philly cheese steak at Jersey Mike's is outstanding just add cherry pepper relish and chipotle mayo and it is a true masterpiece. Today I enjoyed this treasure for Free with my reward points! 5 Stars!

Got a giant #3 umm umm good ?. The Sandwich expert did an outstanding job as always. I also had to get 3 sugar cookies, yes I ate everything.

I always love coming in here. The kids working are great. You can tell they all get along and have fun working together. A lot of people complain about kids goofing off but I love to see them having a good time at work. They all know me when I come in and we just have a good time. It’s a great team!The Philly is amazing. Always so juicy and delicious. Get the rosemary bread!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Just came in. 8/13/23 at 6:15 and I was the only person in line. The girl with red braids asked what I wanted and proceeded to have me wait while she very slowly began work on an online order, making me wait. I stood there for 10 minutes before leaving. Obviously people who come to dine in are not a priority. The online order had 4 giant subs and she could have taken 2 minutes to make my order first. Horrible.
Foods fresh staff is always friendly bathrooms are always clean. Great experience and better then the other sub place.Parking: Sometimes the parking lot is packed but it's definitely worth walking 20 yard's

Great location, easy parking and access off main road. Upon entry to the store, was greeted with a smile by cashier. Asked about options with chicken or turkey. Ordered a chicken Philly because wanted a hot sandwich. The person making my sandwich offered me different sizes and I ordered the giant. Also, was very specific on how to make my sandwich and what to put in it. They were extremely patient and made me the perfect sandwich. Place was very clean, lots of chips available and the counter where the sandwich was prepared was clean. Very sanitizing procedures too. The sand which preparer wore plastic gloves and a hair net the entire time. Manager came over to check if my order was satisfactory. His concern to make customers happy is above and beyond. Definite recommend for lunch or diner.

I ate at Jersey Mike's for the very first time on May 20th. I had no expectations, but Calum and Tristin made sure that it was a great one. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and talked me through the menu and made recommendations (as well as cautioning me regarding flavor combinations that I might not want). My sandwich turned out great, and I was very happy. I'll definitely be back!
