I visited this establishment on Wednesday Nov 5, 2025 and ordered my favorite sandwich the bootlegger i had the sandwich cur in half and when I got home I ate the first half and proceeded to enjoy the 2nd and upon biting into the sandwich felt something weird after pulling the chewed piece of sandwich out of my mouth a long black hair was entangled in the bite. Needless to say I will never buy another sandwich from there again. The employees should be wearing hair nets not just visors.

Always a great experience at this Jimmy John’s! The service is consistently fast and friendly. A special shoutout to the young lady named Mahi — she always greets you with a smile and makes the best sandwiches! It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I went in to this Jimmy Johns location the other day, and before ordering, I was waiting for the bathroom to open up. One of the “store owners” came out without washing his hands. Afterwords, I was waiting in line to order when I saw that same owner touch the bread with NO gloves on. I was repulsed by that and left without ordering. If the owner himself can’t practice cleanliness then i don't even want to know what goes on when customers are not present. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that location.

After the worker seeming mad we even came in when he got done taking our order and we went to get our chips and he told the other worker to lock the door. On top of that they could barely unlock it. It’s not worth it. We got 3 sandwiches 3 bags of chips and three drink and it was $60 which is wayyyyyyy to much for something that ain’t even worth one dollar.

The kids that work there need to practice being more sanitary. I don’t want to walk in with one of the workers holding a broom with the dirty side up right next to food. They need to wash their hands before putting gloves on. They don’t put your sandwiches in bags, and the place they are making sandwiches looks dirty overall

I love Jimmy John's sub. The rewards piss me off, second time I had a FREE sub $5.99 value but when I turn it into a combo the deal only gives about $2.30 discount. There's other sub shops that are almost as good, it'll be a while before I get tempted to go back. I'm sick of going Karen on employees so I'll just go someplace that respects me.
