I placed a mobile order (and payed), because ordering ahead allows me to have lunch within my 30 minute lunch break. The order was not ready when I arrived and the manager refused to prepare it and refused to check the POS terminal for my order so they could prepare it. The manager on duty was clearly the problem. Thankfully, another team member circumvented the manager, and printed my "ticket" so my items could be prepared, so even though I was late from lunch, I am not out $13.

The owners also own ever Dunkin in Middle Georgia but the location on 96 is the best with 10/10 service !!! I will come back again to spend my money here again

I just happened to hop back in because I heard they had new ownership and I must tell you as soon as I walked in I received the most welcoming greeting by the staff everyone was working really hard and the food was amazing I will definitely visit more frequently if they were not too far away from me if you had a bad experience here I would highly recommend going back you will not be disappointed they are Jimmy John’s fast!

We did an online order, and I asked that my sandwich be cut in half...not! My daughter ordered a red velvet brownie...out! Sprite, out of bottles had to get fountain. No chips were in the bag! The place was almost empty, the order was not hard. There is a great product here, when the sandwich is made as requested. I was told they are changing management. Is this the new management or the old? Because somebody need to get it together.

The jerk of a manager decided to close their doors early, not fulfill our online order saying “their systems were down” even though when we pulled up we literally saw him pull the receipt and throw it away. He told us that we needed to go through the app to get a refund (which you can’t do) and he was the manager trying to close and then hung up on us. Screw you WR jimmy johns.

We went to this restaurant and they were closing 2 hours early with the open sign on. While I was there they lost a total of 5 customers, all of which were saying the same thing. They stated that they had no bread. This is one of the must haves to run this restaurant so I'm not sure why this was the case. The guys that were there were very rude. I hope this kind of thing does not happen all the time because the owner is not going to be happy with the outcome.

I used to order from here all the time but the last two times I have ordered for delivery it was delivered over an hour after the time I had requested for my delivery. I usually don't write reviews but it was unfortunate because by the time my food was delivered my lunch break was already over. I did not have a way to pick it up which is why I chose delivery. When I called to see if they received my order the lady that I spoke with was very rude and said they were short handed. If that was the case I suggest calling just to let the customer know and giving the option to cancel the order if they want.
