As soon as I tried to order I was met with a hostile unprofessional tone. I definitely couldn't ask any questions. My total was blurted at me before I was done. I was extremely kind and patient at first. Multiple people kept jumping on, I'm assuming the order taker had enough of me within seconds. Told me I had to wait 20 minutes, which I was totally okay with. I went to continue my order and was met with more attitude. So I asked if I was pissing them off and did they want this $75 business or not. I chose to leave in fear of what would happen to my food. Highly DO NOT recommend.

The food was hot! Ordered take out Associates were professional, cordial, great!
Ordered online: 4 thighs, 4 drumsticks, extra crispy. Not ready when i arrived.,,staff seemed surprised. they put together a bucket,..thighs and drumsticks on top. When I got home, there were only two thighs, 2 drums on top. Underneath were 2 wings and 2 breasts (which I can't eat). Called to let them know directly...and got cut off. Not sure how. Won't go there again.

I just left there and the food was HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a 3 pc tender combo with cole slaw and a sweet tea. The tenders were old, the cole slaw was rancid, spoiled and I received unsweet tea.

I went thru drive thru and the service was terrible, I was told it would be 4 minutes and to pull to front door. I did and 20 minutes later I went inside and chicken was going out but mine. I inquired and they finally made me my food. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Yesterday I gave KFC 4 stars today they get 2 stars I ordered yesterday at lunch time today I ordered round about 2:15 whoever cooking today serving today most was not in a good mood because the food was old not fresh dry not moist are hot. Not only that they forgot to put my French fries in my box and then for my third piece of chicken they gave me this little piece of a wing . Very disappointed in KFC. Make the bad looks can be deceiving looks good but not good 😏

Everything was bad about this experience and I will not be returning. They told me it would be a 25 minute wait to drop 12 pieces of chicken, so I agreed to wait for it. I left to run several errands because it actually took them 1 hours for a 12 piece family meal. Then I asked for crispy chicken but received the original. I think that owners should check in on their establishment every once in a while to see how it is being ran, because this is the only KFC in Warner robins on Green St, and they always have lousy service. I hate to talk about my own people but we have to do better y'all. That is a shame that I knew from the moment I walked in that I was going to have a problem, when I saw 10 African American girls. Sad to say but a business always needs another ethnicity besides African Americans for it to run properly.

Bad service. Bad attitudes. Bad food with roaches crawling on the floor. 30 min wait for a piece of chicken with all the employees standing around looking. Why is no one cooking!!!??? There should never be a wait for a fast food chicken place that has chicken is in the name of the restaurant! Ridiculous!

I ordered the leg and thigh special. When I got home there was only 7 pieces . Tried to call and no one answered. I was told to put in a code on the phone. WHAT CODE
