The chicken was cooked fresh. We had to wait 20 minutes for it. I bought 3 peppers and never received them. The workers must be burnt out because 2 of the 3 I saw had bad attitudes. Not an inviting place at all which is sad.

I ordered food to take to family and asked that my chicken be some original and some crispy. I get to family and all the chicken was crispy and dried out. Every time I call the line is busy and I want my money back or then to make it right. The young man was rude and did not care about the customers.

That Chicken Little was a disgusting piece of crispy rubber! Every time I go to that location they forget an item. I should learn to check my bag or just go to the Perry location.

I ordered a 12 pieces meal, which supposed to come with 12 pieces chicken, 3 sides, and 6 biscuits. Found out only 4 biscuits there. Also, I didn't get cutlery for my coleslaw. I guess people today was too tired.
Other than that, the food tastes good. I hope I can get some extra next time for favor.

I love KFC. I've been eating it since I was a kid. I like the original chicken over the crispy. They have all kinds of sides and yes, family friendly atmosphere.

UPDATE. I HAVE DECIDED TODAY I WILL NO LONGER GO HERE. The kids working the even8ng shift just do not care at all. They made a bunch of us customers wait for a half hour in parking lot because the pull forward spot was full. The kid only brought the food which was not all of it, then i had to finally go inside and see kid walking around not gett8ng my drinks or missing food. The mngr seemed annoyed that the kids were not fully doing thei job. Im just done with this kfc.
what is the point of closing time if they decide to close early and I show up for my already ordered food, and they literally tell me to cancel my own order because they have 15 minutes to close and already shut everything down. no hello of welc9me. Just what you here for? where is the mngr and why didnt they stay open until actual closing time?

This is a whole new level of disorganization. This is probably the worst run kfc I’ve ever been to. Waiting 45 minutes, just to have you come to the front and say you don’t have my entire order. Insanity
This KFC location staff lacks a proper system. The times I’ve went, the wait time ranges 30mins-1hr +. As info they usually aren’t super busy nether do they have lots of online orders

On July 7th, on, around, or at approximately 5:50 PM, I waited an unacceptable 26 minutes for a call in order to pick up two 5-piece chicken tender meals. After a few minutes, when I asked for an update, I was told it was coming up. I also witnessed the cashier prioritize four orders ahead of mine: three were for delivery drivers, and one was for a walk-in customer. This is completely unacceptable, and I expect a correction to be made.

This store has no customer service at all even the manager as she said cussed me out for ordering eighteen pieces of chicken didn't care what she charged for but cussed me out mind you my whole family was at the hospital around corner bad manager me my self being a manager would have never spoke to anyone the way she spoke
