Got a regular glazed donut and a latte. Latte was good, but the donut was like a soggy grease sponge. Good enough for my dog, but inedible for me.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but the experience I had at this location was absolutely ridiculous. When my friend and I first entered the store, we were not greeted or acknowledged. Once walking up to the counter, the male employee asked how many donuts we wanted. My friend tried to explain that she had 2 different coupons so she would have to do 2 separate transactions. Long story short, she attempted to scan the coupons and the worker never added the coupon correctly. We explained several times what the coupons were as it clearly states on the coupon itself via the app. He was obviously very confused and instead of trying to clear it up, he would huff and puff things under his breath like we couldn’t hear him. He told us that we messed him all up and put the blame on the CUSTOMERS when we literally clearly explained what we were getting from the beginning. I’ve worked in food and have also known customer service is the most important when it comes to running a business and obviously this establishment doesn’t strive for that. Won’t be returning and felt so disrespected, I had to make a comment about this experience. I’d rather never eat a donut again than return to this establishment!

I ordered a 3 assorted and espresso was charge 12.05 the espresso was supposed to be 6.79 espresso 1 dollar was super confused was in a rush didn't realize into i go to work one employee roll her eyes like the entire time had no time to go back but needless to say that's my last time espresso took 7 minutes and was cold

I found out the doughnuts and shipped to this store. The doughnuts are not made/cooked at this location. Therefore, the doughnuts are not fresh and hot.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of sugar and fat. Not good for diabetics and anyone watching weight.

The person, I wouldn’t call her a lady, wasn’t paying attention when we gave her our order and when we got our donuts, we told her they were wrong. She made the statement under her breath “that these people are getting on my last nerve”. Another lady corrected our order and offered the first order to us, which we declined.

My all time favorite Krispy Kreme’s plain glazed doughnuts. This is the first time I visited this location. The original plain glazed doughnuts are a timeless classic, offering a simple yet irresistible, melt in the mouth treat. The doughnuts were light and airy. The exterior had a satisfying glossy finish, adding a touch of richness without being overwhelming. The flavor is subtly vanilla-forward, and the doughnut itself has a comforting, slightly buttery taste. Perfect with their Americano coffee; these doughnuts deliver on their promise of being a delicious, satisfying snack.
Their coffee though lacked the flavor and the caffeine kick in their coffee; it was light. I didnt like it but tasted okay with the doughnuts.
Sent some friends at some donuts 01/04/25 and was told that they were shutting down when they got there. This was before 9:30 pm when they close at 11:30 on weekends. Was disappointed ☹️. Hope to have a better experience next time. We love crispy creme donuts.
Parking: Please let the system know when the store is closed so that we do not make unnecessary trips.

Krispy kream is always good ,they are better on pionono ave in macon!When the hot now sign is on,they coming out out of the oven!
We came into the store yesterday around 11am , but they were sold out of the grinch collection. We were told I could pre order them for the next day, but they were done selling them for the day. We ordered the minis and a few Santa for that day (so I didn’t come home to excited kids empty handed) and pre ordered the grinch collection and a dozen green glazed for the next morning. I paid then and there for the order and they took my info. When I got to the store today, they sold my ALREADY PAID FOR donuts to someone else and said they had sold out. They were able to half azz make most of the grinch collection, but had run out of the green glazed apparently. The manager said they had several people come in that morning and they sold out and she was “sorry but we can’t give you something we don’t have”…so they took my already paid for order and sold it a second time to someone else and said they can’t give me something they don’t have. Maybe they should have told that to the person they sold my order to…or not be rude to people at all, especially for their mess up. This store is literally the worst store when it comes to specialty collections anyway. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location or to a different company completely. The manager of this store is rude, disrespectful and just horrible at her job and needs to be replaced. The place will stay garbage as long as that’s what runs it.
