Always fast great service! Of course the donuts are the best. This location has thankfully stood the test of time and remained a must to stop by when you are in the area.

Stopped by before closing and learned that original glazed aren’t kept past 7:30PM, even though the store closes at 9. They also don’t provide change for cash purchases. A little inconvenient and disappointing.

I ordered a dozen donuts for a birthday breakfast. Disappointment is an understatement. I ordered for pickup at 7:15am. Donuts are stale and cold. Store opened at 6am, I don't understand why the donuts are already stale and not fresh, it's line they were sitting in the box for over an hour. Customer service was rude and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I won't be ordering from here again. I'll go to a mom pop shop.

My recent visit to the Krispy Kreme on Watson Boulevard was extremely disappointing, and it highlighted ongoing issues with customer service at this location. What should have been a quick and pleasant stop on Veterans Day instead became a display of unprofessional behavior that no customer should have to witness.
The young lady working the checkout counter provided some of the worst service I’ve ever seen in a customer-facing job. She openly argued with a customer in front of a line full of people, raising her voice, showing clear irritation, and even attempting to belittle the woman during their exchange. When the customer asked why she was being treated so rudely, the employee actually shot back, “What’s your problem?”—a moment that caused an audible gasp in the room. Several customers looked around at each other in disbelief, shaking their heads at how out of line the situation had become.
This is not an isolated incident. I have personally experienced this same employee’s rude and dismissive attitude on previous visits. Her behavior reflects a lack of training, professionalism, and accountability, and it does a disservice to the Krispy Kreme brand. I am genuinely surprised that this location continues to operate without addressing such a persistent issue.
To be fair, there is one young man on staff who consistently shows professionalism, even when the store is busy or tensions run high. His calm attitude and quality service are the only redeeming aspects of this location.
However, the overall customer experience is severely damaged by the repeated behavior of the young lady at the counter. Krispy Kreme would greatly benefit from reevaluating its staffing, training standards, and leadership presence at this location. Customers deserve better, and it is time for meaningful corrective action.

You all are the best! My grandson can't wait to take his report card here and be rewarded. He truly plans his grades around the donuts. It may be small to you, but kids love it. #straightAs

I went by to get doughnuts on a Saturday night with my daughter. The website said it closed at 11pm but when we drove up, all the lights were off

All of the staff vape in the dishwashing room, the manager Stacy included is very unprofessional. I came to the drive-through and heard another worker, smoking and speaking ill of their co worker My donuts were smashed and the box was greasy. I’m not sure what that entire establishment has going on, but they make a bad name for Krispy Kreme. Hopefully, you guys work on your professionalism because the donuts are amazing.-Jacob

Can’t review food, service or atmosphere because when I went by at 7:00 am they were closed. UPDATE 11/27/25: Decided to try this store again this morning (7:30 am). As I drove into the parking lot, I was happy to see the lights were on, and the drive thru was apparently working. Unfortunately, both doors were locked, and the staff inside pretended not to see me. I guess I could have just gotten in line for the drive thru, but I wanted to SEE what choices were available other than plain donuts. If you don’t want walk-in traffic, please put a sign up!! This time for sure, I’ve decided I won’t try again.
Employees need to learn manners don't throw the box of doughnuts would not open window to take my payment if you don't like your job find one that fits you

Placed an online order at 750 AM for the Harry Potter dozen to be picked Up at 930 AM. Arrived at 935 to be told they sold out at 845 and cancelled my order. I ordered at 750….why would you not box mine up instead of waiting and sell out knowing you have an order for them? Also, I got absolutely no alert to my order being cancelled. No email, no text, no call, nothing. And offered no remedy, just a “sorry but we cancelled it have a good day”.
