Wasn't as busy as I remembered it to be but service was prompt. I was able to get my order without waiting long. On a good note it appears that the little burgers have gotten a little bigger. With that distinctive good Krystal burger taste they are still as good as they have always been.👍

I used to come to this Krystal almost every morning. It was right down the street from my job and it was always my go to whenever I had a short lunch. I was so disgusted when I looked over one morning while riding by and saw one of the workers (a young white lady) outside rubbing the black stray dog that I have been seeing hang around that Krystal for over a yr. She was bent down with her work clothes on rubbing the dog under his chin with both hands. I will NEVER come back solely because of that. When handling food that is a no no! How dare she think she that was OK! SMH Common Sense just isn’t so common.

This place has made their public opinion a little better over the last few months and has been trying to improve their quality and image so I feel bad writing this review. However, this morning. I ordered on Sunday, Nov 24, at 5am and I was seriously disappointed with my meal.
When the food got to me I was grossly astonished. One side of the buns were burnt and when biting into my food I found one of the ties that you wrap on the plastic bag that goes around a loaf of bread! It was disgusting when the plastic in my food hit the back of my throat and I almost choked on it!
The cherry on top was that my fries were undercooked. Usually the food here is decent and I haven’t much trouble ordering here the last few years. So Im sad I won’t be coming back again it was all around a horrible experience.
I know it’s not my place but as someone who runs a business themself I insist to please train your staff to look out for foreign objects that have been accidentally misplaced on food it could seriously injure someone.

Went in for take out to go and they said I would have to go through the drive through that the dining room was closed. I wanted to go.
The breakfast isnt cook to perfection. The biscuits are half cooked and wet and the grits are too watery and lumpy or either thick and dry.

Ordered on Door Dash and they left off my corn pups. It was a simple order. A combo meal with no pickles plus two corn pups. The dasher had to wait almost 15 mins for my order (15 minutes after I placed it) and then I didn't get the corn pups. I know fast food can be unreliable but this wasn't a hard order.
