Usually I like this place but I'm pretty perturbed with the service here lately. My final straw was tonight where I pulled in 30 minutes before I had to go to work. I ordered two sackfuls with no cheese and they told me to pull around and they would bring it out to me in about six minutes. I sat there for about 25 minutes, watched them service about 4 other vehicles at the drive through window, and start sweeping and mopping the place up. When I went up to the window I asked if they had my order ready and the girl at the window told me they had to cook my burgers. I told her I needed to go to work and asked if I could send someone right back to grab my order for me, she said they close at 11 strictly and asked if I wanted to wait for my burgers or leave them. I chose to touch wait for the food I paid for and was late to work. Remember, they told me they'd bring my burgers out in about 6 minutes.
The kicker on the top is they got my order wrong and put cheese on my burgers. I'm lactose intolerant.

I haven’t had Krystal burgers and fries this good in a couple of decades. Everything was fresh and hot and the fries were perfectly crispy. Glad we stopped by for dinner! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I waited forever for 5 cheese krystals, 3 of which were so smached it looked like a toddler had squeezed them. Oh and don't forget my .5 order of chili cheese fries with the chili and cheese put on as an afterthought
