This is our local Krystal and I regularly pick up lunch here. However, while the staff have been friendly, they've obviously been severely understaffed for a good while now. Today for Sunday lunch, waited 15 minutes to order in drive through and then waited over 40 minutes to never get our food. Tried to walk in, but doors were locked. Many cars gave up... Some before ordering, some after, and a few like us, even after paying. I have video of the whole time that I will probably have to share with whomever handles this franchise so they will take it serious. Meanwhile, I'm out about 40 bucks. I caution anyone looking to eat here, if they're not allowing you inside, you may want to consider passing. I doubt I'll bother here again for a long while. Plenty of other good options nearby.

We normally love Krystal and for the past few months there have been some wonderfully, sweet ladies who work at this Krystal especially the morning crew! They are awesome!!! However, something has recently happened and ever since some new people have started working there the service has become literally non-existent!!! Seriously, this is the second time in one week that the employees at Krystal on Hwy 96 have either completely ignored customers or as in 6 pm tonight, telling customers that they aren’t taking orders! The first time this happened was Last Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) there were 14 cars in the line to place orders. Many people waited for up to 15 minutes before giving up and driving off. Some people parked and went inside to place an order but going inside didn’t help because the employees simply ignored everyone while they ( the employees) stood in the back and acted like the customers were invisible. What the heck is going on? Please bring back those wonderful morning shift employees and give them a raise so they will stay. 😊

Customer service is awful if you go inside,went in today,no customer was inside,waited 5 minutes and left but if you go to the drive thru, they will wait on them first no matter how long your standing inside, only 2 cars was at the drive thru. This happens at this place often. Im surprised they stayed open as long as it has, the worst one ive ever been to. No more
The cashier/ server was very rude. Almost dropped of the food. Got mad when we ordered more things. We said thank you, she just walked away. Had a very bad attitude because we asked to buy more food. This is at 5:40 this evening
