No one was in the drive thru when I pulled up but was still asked to pull up. Waited 5 minutes and did not get a receipt. Food was okay. No cars in parking lot either.

Haven't been in a while, decided to go to drive thru at 945pm last night. It was dark, the drive thru was off and everything looked closed. I happened to check the hours on the window, and someone came to talk to me. I asked if it was still open and she was rude, but said she would take our order. Technically our food was right, but cold, missing pickles, mustard and onions. For $25, I hoped for more. Never had an issue at this location before, hope things get cleared up!

We haven't eaten at a krystals in 10 years and it will probably be another 10. We went inside to eat. Waited for a few minutes. We honestly thought no one was working. Then one person shows up. He was the only one. While waiting for our food, there were people in the drive thru that came inside because no one ever came to take their order in the drive thru. The doors on one side of the restaurant were locked so people were trying to come in but couldn't. It felt like they didn't want our business. We are simple easy people and we weren't in a hurry but we watch what goes on around us and we could feel the tension. Everyone that came in wanted chili and they didn't have any. They were friendly when they did show up to the counter and our food was good. I just wanted to share our experience. Thank you

I usually go in the morning when I have class, but I’m not coming back to this location. The woman with the two toned hair never gets my order right. I ordered a combo with donut holes, and she gave me just the scrambler and the holes. I told her about the issue, and I had to wait for the tots and was late to class. Today, I ordered a combo and holes, and she only charged me for the combo and gave me no holes. Didn’t even say they were out. I would’ve went back in line, but then I’d be late for class again. Might have to stick to the locations in Macon.

This location sucks, especially for customer service and the quality of food. They especially need to change the oil for the fries. It's like that they used oil that's 2 weeks old.🤮 And the bread was hard and crusty on the burgers. Keep in mind the price for this was outrageous. Over $10 for 4 cheese crystals, a fry and a drink.👎🏾
