We came right when they opened as a treat for my kids. Everything is so good but my favorite is the strawberry lemonade with the strawberry Boba! We had a slight problem with our order and they fixed it right away. Customer service and the drinks were amazing

I used to really enjoy this milk tea — it was my favorite treat. The flavor used to be rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced between tea and sweetness. It always had a creamy texture that made it stand out from other milk teas. However, the one I bought today was very different, and not in a good way.
The taste was off — much weaker and almost watered down. The usual strong tea flavor was missing, and the creamy consistency I loved was completely gone. It felt like a different drink altogether. I don’t know if it was just a bad batch or if the recipe has changed, but it was definitely disappointing.
I hope this is just a one-time issue because I’ve always looked forward to enjoying this milk tea. I’d love for it to return to the original quality that made it so special in the first place.

As others have stated the Thai milk tea tastes very watered down and lacks flavor. If you’re looking for Thai milk tea, I wouldn’t recommend getting it here. However the tapioca pearls have a fresh taste.

PLEASE get the seasonal specials like OTHER CITIES DO for purple yam and other amazing flavours. PLEASE you'll make more money by providing new things for people to try. PLEASE pay your staff more, I've always received high quality service here, they work so hard, if you need more business ADVERTISE in the community. I've been to KFT in AZ, NYC, and FL and they have EVERYTHING. Just because it's Middle Georgia doesn't mean it shouldn't have all of the same options. If you did a blended watermelon drink in the spring and summer, you would absolutely reach SO many customer availability with this drink alone! Please, please, please, purple yam / Ube :( please

I am appalled. My sister frequents this place and tonight was my first time. Two gals working. One with blonde striped bang (side pieces) and one young brown haired girl. The blonde banged girl; she was horrendous and completely inappropriate. Cussing out loud for all to hear, making fun of customers orders out loud. Rude to all that entered the store. Not to mention her behavior with her co worker. Disgusting that this business expects other team members to work with her. Can’t imagine how she treats others when customers ARE NOT around. I would say she needs to be fired immediately but sounds like her last day is Sunday because she’s moving. I would not let her work any more shifts. If it wasn’t for the sweet young girl with brown hair. I would not be back at all. While i was there 6 customers were visibly uncomfortable.
